This flat is good for holiday makers and business travelers who want to be in the main tourist area.My flat is in the best tourist area of PAPHOS Close to all the bars and restaurants and the King avenue mall.BUS STOP is by the flat.I donot charge the guests for electricity or internet or CABLE TV CHANNELS.You will have more than 50 channels like BBC,FOX ... full of movies and documentaries and cartoons .FREE AIR CONDITIONER and FREE HIGH SPEED WIFI (FREE EVERY THING).Absolutely no extra charge.

My flat is in one of the best spots of TOURISTE AREA in PAPHOS.

My flat has a big balcony towards light house and to the sun.

It is just 2 minutes of walking to the beach.

After the first coming my guests always come again and my policy is based on guests' satisfaction.

There are two air conditioners (FREE).The flat is in the best location and full of facilities like SATELITE CHANNELS ,CABLE CHANNELS,DVD PLAYER and a lot of DVDS and...that you dont get bored in night time.

In balcony you can have coffee and cake and enjoy watching LIGHT HOUSE.

Bus stop is in front of the flat and bus nomber 615 which goes from harbour to coral bay stop there.

If you want to choose a very good place which is in the heart of tourist area my flat is the best choice.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If FARID (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
