From the owner

Our apartment was completed in June 2007 an ideal place to relax and unwind. We are located in the quiet residential area known as Universal Gardens and there is a small snack bar (Pambis) with a excellent mini market only 300m away.

Our apartment is a superb base from which to enjoy everything Paphos and the beautiful surrounding area has to offer, only a 25-minute walk to the Harbour/beach and 20 minutes to Bar Street where you will find many Restaurants, Bars and Nightclubs.

Our ground floor apartment is immaculate throughout and furnished to a high homely standard with hopefully everything you need to make your stay both enjoyable and comfortable, it is ideal for both families and couples alike.

The large patio is perfect for eating, drinking, relaxing and enjoying the wonderful Cypriot lifestyle, our patio is slightly to the right of a 5m x 12m pool and kids pool with accessible underground separated male and female showers, basins, changing facilities and toilets.

There is ample parking but a car is not necessary. Paphos is mostly flat therefore suitable for the elderly and pushchair drivers. Paphos has an excellent bus service, The bus stop is only 500 meters from the complex which travels to all tourist attractions including the beach and harbour.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
