This beautiful, genuine one bedroom penthouse apartment has fabulous sea views from the balcony that has its own table and four chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. The lounge has a L shaped settee and a flat screen TV with smart droid box featuring UK TV, 7 day play back and a bank of over 2000 films and series. It also has double patio doors that lead onto the balcony!

The bedroom, like the bathroom is large and modern with a very comfortable king size bed featuring new memory foam mattress, this room has views of the pools and manicured gardens on the Kings Palace resort. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a lift to all floors. It also offers a sofa bed and so can sleep up to four people.

This is a great apartment, furnished to a good standard with impressive sea views and ideal for a holiday on the wonderful, Kings Palace resort.

Kings Palace apartments are wonderful Paphos apartments to rent as the resort is an award winning exclusive resort set in a coastal location along the Tombs Of The Kings Road, only a couple of minutes walk away from the sandy beaches, shops & nightlife. The resort has beautiful large landscaped gardens and magnificent swimming pools, including a feature overflow pool and a children’s pool, all of which have plenty of sun beds for sunbathing on the secluded sun terraces, and poolside showers and toilets for your convenience.

Kings Palace Resort has stunning Mediterranean Sea views that can be enjoyed while sunbathing on the sun terraces and even while relaxing in the pool. Also within walking distance is the tourist heart of Kato Paphos which has many bars, pubs, restaurants and night life for all ages. There is a local bus service that can be used where Coral Bay and the Old Town can be easily reached, the service is very reliable and costs only 80 cents to all destinations.

During busier months, various water sports are on offer including pedalos, water skiing, banana boats, jet skis and windsurfing. The harbour offers various boat trips including a Spanish Galleon, Catamaran, Glass Bottom boats, Speed Boats, Jet Boats and a large ‘Booze Cruise’ liner. There are multiple Jet Ski hire companies so you can hire these in most places on the sea front. If you are feeling adventurous during your Paphos rental you can take a trip to the Troodos Mountains and enjoy the breathtaking scenery, or if you are visiting during the winter months skiing and snowboarding are even available.

If you like the water you can rest assured that every kind of water sports are close at hand. One of the major attractions of a Paphos apartment rental is Paphos’ diving treasures including Maninji Island, Akamas Peninsula and the fourth largest wreck dive in the world – The Wreck of Zenobia; for experienced divers only. There are various dive companies in the town that offer courses for beginners so you can always learn to dive in Paphos.

If diving is not for you, you can always venture out to try turtle watching, go-karting, jeep safari, trekking, cycling, golfing or go on an archaeological dig. If you are looking for a perfect golf destination then look no further, there are three courses within a 30 minute drive; Aphrodite Hills, Tsada Golf Club and Secret Valley Golf Club, all are championship courses and are perfect for a golfing holiday.

Kings Palace is perfectly placed and is the ideal Paphos rental destination. Transfers are approximately 20 minutes from Paphos Airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
