This luxurious beach front Villa incorporates unique style and sumptuous furnishings to create a coastal chic retreat, with a touch of luxury! With impeccable sea views and the surrounding coast seemingly stretching on forever, Wave Villa is the perfect luxury self-catering beach hut for honeymoons, romantic escapes and unique family gatherings!

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Wave Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in its 6 bedrooms. The bedrooms are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures.

There are two spacious bedrooms located on the ground floor, the former featuring one double bed and the latter with two single beds. Both of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, for those who wish to relax after a long day of exploration!

The further four bedrooms of Wave Villa are located on the first floor, the first featuring a double bed and the remaining three featuring single beds. All of the bedrooms boast en suite bathrooms with an overhead rainfall shower with cabin, with immaculate attention to detail.

Outside

Offering stunning views of the Cretan Sea and providing a great outdoor living space, this luxurious holiday home is perfect for soaking up the spectacular scenery. Wave Villa is set in 300 m2 outdoor area with a 50m2 private heated swimming pool and a special children’s pool compartment (0,55 metres deep). The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor shaded dining area with BBQ facilities (gas) , offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea!

For a touch of added relaxation guests will find an outdoor five seater, heated spa whirlpool(2x2). Feel the ultimate luxury, comfort and relaxation, while admiring the impeccable sew views from the terrace.

Pool Heating Policy:

-The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.

-4 days in advance - prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 50€ for the first day.

-For every additional day of use the charge of heating the pool is 25€. Prior notice is required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
