Appartamento moderno a 200 metri dalla stazione centrale di Palermo, interamente ristrutturato. . Situato al primo piano di un palazzo liberty, senza ascensore, occorre salire solo due rampe di scale per arrivare all'appartamento dotato di porta corazzata. Dotato di due camere da letto, cucina, due bagni, salotto, sala da pranzo al piano di sotto, e di un'altra camera openspace al piano di sopra con tre posti letto. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, lavatrice, internet, biancheria da letto, asciugamani, shampoo, bagno schiuma , asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, microonde, bollitore.

Dall'appartamento si possono raggiungere a piedi i più bei monumenti della città: chiese, palazzi, musei, teatri , l'orto botanico, Villa Giulia, e il foro italico. La zona è piena di bar, ristoranti , locali tipici dove gustare le specialità siciliane o anche tutti i tipi di cucina internazionale. Dalla stazione sono disponibili treni e pullman per tutta la Sicilia: Agrigento, Segesta, Monreale Cefaù, Tindari, Catania, ecc... In zona anche servizi come banche, farmacie, supermercati e il mercato di Ballarò dove acquistare frutta e verdure, pesce, ecc..
