L’appartamento è situato al piano terra di una villa bifamiliare, in un contesto tranquillo della periferia di Palermo. Circondato da ampi spazi esterni , dove si alternano zone di sole e di ombra per rendere ancora più piacevole il vostro soggiorno. Arredato in stile moderno, con cura nei particolari, l’appartamento è composto da un ingresso sul corridoio, illuminato per la sua lunghezza per mettere in risalto il pavimento con effetto “stellato” che porta alle camere; un salone ampio con un comodo divano/futon 3+2 posti, Tv con satellitare, WI-FI; Camera con letto matrimoniale con armadio 4 ante e con culla per bambini; Camera con due letti singoli, scrivania, armadio a tre ante. Il bagno molto colorato e confortevole è dotato di doccia con porte scorrevoli, phon, acqua calda. La cucina, interamente arredata con utensili, è composta da un piano cottura a 4 fuochi con lavabo; tavolo con 4 sedie, frigorifero con congelatore. Inoltre, la stanza è collegata al salone da un’apertura che è possibile separare tramite porta scorrevole; e dalla porta/finestra si accede allo spazio living esterno retrostante la villa, che conduce alla piscina ; Un angolo di paradiso colorato da margherite e gerani e profumato dagli agrumi di Sicilia, arredato con salotto per esterno, divano a dondolo, corde per stendere la biancheria, tavolo e sedie, una fontanella. La villa, è situata in un punto strategico della città di Palermo, dalla quale è possibile raggiungere facilmente sia il Centro città che i centri commerciali con mezzi pubblici, e con Bus o auto propria spostarsi lungo l’autostrada verso gli innumerevoli siti da visitare in tutta la Sicilia.

Si dispone di spazio esterno per n.1 posto auto, incluso nel pacchetto di soggiorno. La Piscina misura m.7,30 x 3,70 x 1,20 e dispone di giochi per bambini. Utilizzo dal 15/06 al 15/09.

All'arrivo sarete i benvenuti in questa casa relax lontana dal traffico caotico ma comunque con tutti i posti che si desiderano visitare facilmente raggiungibili. Sia in auto che in bus. Vi sarà consegnato una mappa del luogo e una cartina del centro storico. Inoltre vi sarà dato un elenco con i più importanti posti da visitare scelto con molta cura . Un elenco delle cose da fare, se ne avrete il tempo , completerà ciò che vi aspetta! La piscina con i suoi 7,30 x 3,70 è pronta a rinfrescarvi (dal 01/06 al 30/09) e gli spazi circostanti vi permetteranno di godere appieno del sole della ns. meravigliosa terra.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Michele (the owner) a message.

If Michele (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
