Completamente ristrutturato sia internamente sia esternamente con soggiorno provvisto di divano letto matrimoniale a 2 posti, zona cucina arredata e corredata di tutti gli accessori, compresi lavastoviglie, bollitore elettrico, microonde e macchina elettrica del caffè. Camera da letto matrimoniale con armadio guardaroba. Ampio bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Impianto televisivo digitale terrestre e Wi-Fi gratuito.
