Enjoy this romantic, secluded cottage on a natural reserve in beautiful Umbria. A small yet well equipped cottage, your neighbors are the birds, fireflies, and trees that populate this wondrous spot. Traditional materials and a recent restoration have brought the cottage, owned by an Italian/American couple, to it's full splendor. The nearest villages are medieval gems and farther out our guests can explore towns such as Orvieto and Todi. Choosing to stay at home and gaze at the amazing landscape and Calanchi canyon at 180°, a private swimming pool and full two acres of gardens await our guests. Relax on the hammock for an afternoon nap, sip a chilled bottle of excellent local wine, or set out for a day of cultural enrichment in any one of the extraordinary places that the region has to offer. Our small cottage has a living room and separate bedroom, bath with shower and is set up woth a table and grill for outdoor pleasure. All linens included, honeymooners welcomed with an special offer and gift upon arrival.

Why can't I call Tobia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tobia (the owner) a message.

If Tobia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
