Welcome to your home away from home here at Bell Mill Mansion, a 21,000 square feet Greek Revival Southern Mansion situated on 32 rolling acres in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee. This private one-of-a-kind mansion is used for family vacation rentals, weddings, corporate retreats, holiday parties and other private rentals.

The entire 21,000 square foot mansion and all its amenities are for your private use only as we only have one renter on property at a time. Our sunny Florida room is perfect for a quiet space for morning coffee or relax in the evenings in our gentlemen’s lounge with oversized couches and a good movie. With so much space inside and 14 bedrooms, your family will have plenty of room to spread out and relax and truly enjoy your vacation.

Our secondary dining room seats 32 guests naturally so everyone can dine together for meals. Relax in a rocking chair on our covered front porch listening to the sounds of the water from our marble fountain while taking in the beautiful views of the rolling hills and white farm fencing.

We offer first class resort-style amenities such as our large outdoor saltwater pool with plenty of lounge chairs and seating and an outdoor gas grill perfect for family cook outs, outdoor private tennis court with jogging track, outdoor basketball goal and sand volleyball court, outdoor fire pit with chairs perfect for roasting s’mores, indoor racquetball court, sports closet with balls/racquets and other sporting equipment, indoor pool table, indoor gaming table for chess, cards, and checkers, indoor/outdoor corn hole boards, fitness/weights area with Precor elliptical, boxing bag, and free weights, and a personal world class spa with massage room, showers, hot tub, steam room, cold dip waterfall, changing area, and more.

Bell Mill Mansion also has a large solar farm for producing a portion of our electricity here and we have a few farm animals as well. We also have an onsite orchard which was planted in 2017 for apples, cherries, peaches, pears and blueberries by our barn.

While Bell Mill Mansion certainly provides plenty to do without ever leaving, Chattanooga also boasts a wide variety of things to do if you want to explore. We are five minutes from the lake and marina for boating, skiing and jetskiing, canoe and kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing. We are also 8 minutes to the best mall in town for shopping, dining, movies, bowling, jump park, etc. Downtown Chattanooga is a 20 minute drive and offers the Tennessee Aquarium, Imax 3-D theatre, shopping, dining, miles of riverfront walk perfect for walking and biking, indoor rock climbing, Coolidge Park and carousel, music venues, nightlife, and also 10 minutes from downtown is all the mountain activities you can imagine from hiking, history, hang gliding, rock climbing, Rock City and Ruby Falls, and more.
