Located on the shores of Loch Leven between Glencoe and Fort William, The Lochleven Seafood Cottage provides quality accommodation at affordable prices. Whether you’re looking for an active Scottish family holiday or a peaceful Highland break amongst breathtaking scenery, the Lochleven Seafood Cottage is a welcome sanctuary for all.

The cottage is built in a modern Spanish style, with an open plan, tasteful interior. The cottage provides a large social area for friends and family to dine and spend time together in comfort with incredible views.

The cottage is an ideal base for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. Located in the heart of ‘The Outdoor Capital of the UK’ and just a short drive from Ben Nevis, guests are spoilt for choice as to how they wish to spend their time. We are also a haven for seafood lovers who may want to sample some of Scotland’s finest seafood with our neighbors – The Lochleven Seafood Café.

Getting around

Regular bus service can be used at A82 junction( approx 4.5 miles from Cottage). Buses to Fort William, Glasgow and Oban are in Operation. Own transport is essential.

Interaction with guest

There is a secure keybox at the cottage. Guests are invited to let themselves in whenever they arrive. Entry to the cottage is after ‪3pm‬. Guests must vacate the cottage by the ‪10am‬ on the day of departure to allow for servicing. We ask that the cottage is left in the same condition it is found and all food items/rubbish are removed. Extra charges will be incurred if additional cleaning is required . Any breakages or items requiring maintenance must be reported immediately to allow us to repair or replace as soon as we can. For fire safety and insurance purposes the number of guests at the cottage must not exceed 10, at any given time.

Coz mozna powiedziec o tym miejscu? Jest poprostu idealne. Z dala od tłumów, otoczone górami, nad jeziorem, jest poprostu bajecznie. Wyposażenie idealne niczego tam nie brakuje. Spędziliśmy wspaniale kilka dni, aż żal było wyjeżdżać

We 6 of us stayed at the cottage and it was fantastic. Really lovely location overlooking the loch and all the facilities at the cottage was great. Will definitely be back to stay again!!
