In the heart of Auxois, in a former farmhouse completely renovated, close to many tourist attractions (Butte de Thil, Semur, Mont-Saint-Jean, Alesia, Canal de Bourgogne...). We welcome you very comfortably to the 'Village' in the quiet of the countryside. Capacity: 6 persons (3 rooms), shower, independent bathroom, 2 wc, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, bed linen provided. Access for people with reduced mobility, single-storey cottage. Shelter bikes, parking in the yard. Shared pool from May to late September. Our region allows you to combine cultural and gastronomic tourism. The coast and its vineyards are not far away. The cottage is halfway between Paris and Lyon.Pour people arriving late in the day, we offer a ' breakfast basket ' for the 1st morning. Optional pay €6 / person and minimum reservation 2 days before the arrival date. (the nearest bakery is 6 km) Information by mail." At the heart of many historical curiosities such as: Butte Thil, Semur, Mont-Saint-Jean, Alesia, Canal de Bourgogne, Fontenay abbey... We warmly welcome 6 people in a peaceful and spacious 3 bedrooms self catering: shower, bathroom, fitted kitchen,... accessible to disabled people. Bed linen and bath towel included. Erg fijn huis! prachtig zwembad, omheinde tuin en hekje voor het zwembad. Alles was uitstekend toegerust op (kleine) kindere. Stuk groter huis dan op de foto's. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie (the owner) a message.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
