Villa Alexandros is an amazing Corfu villa with private pool, a property with no immediate neighbours, but with dreamy, panoramic views to the vast Ionian Sea at the front, tranquil olive grove and mountain views from the back, located in Nisaki, just 1 km away (10 min walk) from Kaminaki beach and only 30 minutes from Corfu airport.

The property is set on a hillside above Nisaki, with extensive outside entertaining areas, a self ? contained annex and a magic, shaded rooftop terrace, which is surrounding a swimming pool, with uninterrupted views along island?s coastline and across the sea to the mountains of Albania and the Greek mainland.

Alexandros is the ideal villa for small or large families, up to 10 persons, unusually arranged with external stairs linking three floors: The ground floor, where the self-contained annex is located, the main villa on the first level and the unbelievably huge roof terrace.

The annex consists of an open plan kitchen / dinning area, which opens to garden?s terrace, a shared bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin, with one single and one pull-out bed.

The main part of the house, upstairs, is fully air-conditioned, features a bathroom and a shower room, one master double bedroom and two twins, an open plan modern kitchen with dining and sitting areas, front balcony doors opening to a large balcony overlooking the sea and a smaller side balcony with dining table, which is the access to this delightful villa.

In against to the normal, this villa has got the pool located on the terrace, which is joined to the other parts of the property with external staircases, with a children?s section on the side.

Alongside the pool, a shaded part of the terrace is providing all the dining al-fresco facilities and it can easily be said that this is the most amazing part of the villa, offering cyclically incredible views, underneath the starry summer sky.

Villa Alexandros is 1.6 kms away from Nisaki center, tavernas and shops, 1.7 kms from the beach and only 24.0 kms from Corfu airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
