This air-conditioned apartment is a delightful mix of modern comforts and classic furnishings in an exceptional location. Located on a street that leads Place Massena to Place Garibaldi, you could not be more central, close to the flower market, Old City restaurants, walking path on the Promenade des Anglais, pretty shops and many cultural sites. On top of that, the apartment is only 50 meters from the tram stop "Opéra / Vieille ville"

Located on the 1st floor without stairs to practice of a very quiet building, this apartment can accommodate very comfortably until four people.

You will enjoy the beautiful view of the 3 alleys of the Old City with the pastel colors of the facades as a backdrop.

The apartment is in the vibrant Old Town district.

Just minutes from the apartment, you can enjoy all the restaurants, shops and markets that the old town has to offer. Take the time to take a walk to the newly redesigned Garibaldi Square for a sunny lunch or a walk to the Port for an aperitif! The promenade, the beach and Place Masséna are all at a 5-minute walk. The tram will take you to the train station in less than ten minutes.

The living room with its painted ceiling has two double large windows. It is furnished with a three-seater sofa and three large and comfortable armchairs; a tempting invitation to share a discussion or quietly read a book from many nearby bookstores. A large table will welcome his four guests on high white chairs.

The flat-screen TV with DVD player, its Wi-Fi connection, its 2 white wood coffee tables and its showcase finish to complete its equipment perfectly.

The separate kitchen in a modern style has been nicely designed and is well equipped. The white cupboards contain everything you need, glasses, dishes ... etc, including a washing machine, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven and four hotplates.

In the large entrance of the apartment you will find the two rooms tastefully decorated.

The first of these rooms has a Queen-size bed with bedside tables and reading lamps on each side.

The second bedroom has two single beds. There are two bedside tables with reading lamps on each side and a double wall cabinet with a large mirror on another wall. The two single beds in this room can be joined together to create a "super king-size" bed. Please make a special request to prepare them before your arrival

The bathroom has been completely renovated. Painted in white, it has a shower, a bidet, a heated towel rail and a furniture for storing your belongings, topped with a large mirror.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
