From the owner

A newly renovated studio apartment situated in a typical townhouse from the 1930 s.
The house it self is situated in the end of a small alley with no traffic and surrounded by several belle époque villas and their gardens.
The studio it self is 17 m2 and was completely redone from scratch in 2012, with a very high standard. There is a main living space with an open kitchen solution and a small bathroom.
Outside the main entrance there is a small terrace table and 2 chairs exclusively for this apartment.
If you need any help, we live in the same house and will be available when needed.

Bathroom
Italian shower corner with pebbles on the floor. Built in Toilet. Sink and small cabinet with hairdryer.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with integrated equipments as an induction hob, combined oven / microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer. There is also a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle.

Living space
There is a double bed ( 140x200) with a king-size duvet , a dining table with 2 chairs, an armchair and a small closet for clothes.
There is an iron/ iron board, a stereo/ cd player , a LED TV ( only French channels for the moment) and a safe available as well.

The outside areas.
There is no private terrace as there is a veranda with access to 2 different apartments on this floor.
Still there is a table and 2 chairs outside the apartment exclusively used for the tenants of the studio.
The studio is situated on the second level of the house

The neighborhood
The apartment is situated in a typical French neighborhood with a mix of houses and smaller apartment buildings. Very quiet surroundings, but still close to all commodities.
The neighborhood is called Parc Imperial and was the neighborhood for the Russian upper-class in the 18th/ 19th century and known for having the most beautiful Russian church outside of Russia.

There is a direct bus to/ from the airport and several other buses about 100 meters from the apartment.
Distance to the beach is 1 km ( 15-20 min walk ). To the old town it takes about 20- 25 minutes to walk, but if preferred it is possible to take the bus as well.
About 10 minutes to walk to the main train station.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ronny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
