Crossing apartment of 41m2 with bedroom and separate WC, top floor of a building in the center of Nice with 2 terraces of 20m2 each and very quiet (with more equipment double windows and air conditioning in the room) facing south so very sunny , fully equipped and modern decoration. Bed room for 2 persons: 160 * 200 Sofa bed lounge for 2 persons: 140 * 200 Equipment possible on prior request: - cot - baby high chair - baby bath Located in the heart of Nice, you have everything at the bottom of the building: pharmacy, bookstore, tobacco, newspapers, cinemas, supermarkets, restaurants and even in the morning the Provencal market where you will find all the fresh products of our region sold by our farmers. Moreover in case of displacement the bus st located at the bottom of the building and the first stop of the tram is only 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes for the station of Nice city. In all the streets around the building there are free parking places 24/24 and 7/4 and now in addition is a public parking located 2 minutes walk: the "parking of the South Station" and now in addition there is a public parking located at 2 mn on foot: the "parking of the southern station" where you will find a big and beautiful commercial hall with many shops, restaurants, gym and cinema. The beach is 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus or traway, blue bike park also available just down the building. city maps, bus and tram schedules as well as wifi connection codes will be left upon your arrival. In case of reservation you will be asked for 50th cleaning fee. In addition, they are located in front of the building and the 1st stop tramway in only 5 minutes walk and 10 minutes from train station. beach is 10mn walk or 5 mn by bus or train, a bike park is also available in front of the flat. They are free parking spaces 24/24 and 7/4 and there is a public parking located 2 minutes walk: the "parking of the south station" where you can also find a big and beautiful commercial center with a lot of shops, restaurant, cinema and sport club. City mapp, bus and tramway departures as well as WiFi code connectionswill be gived to you at your arrival. In case of reservation you have to pay 50th for cleaning.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gregory (the owner) a message.

If Gregory (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
