Description

Our new semi-detached three bedroom villa with two bathrooms, a separate toilet and laundry facility has the special ingredient of LOCATION - within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and the town with views to the sea and mountains. Anyone who knows Nerja will tell you it is in one of the most desirable residential zones close to Nerja Parador hotel and the family beach of Burriana with it's two entrances. So this means our guests can take a rest from driving (if they chose to do so) during their holiday vacation or short break. Most importantly too is that it has a view of the sea from the upper level terrace and the sun adorns all parts of the villa, terrace areas and private pool at some time during the day allowing alfresco dining during the days and evenings most of the year round. Modern comfortable furnishings and a well equipped kitchen means you will feel "at home" as soon as you open the door. Wifi is provided free of charge. Air conditioning is provided in all of the bedrooms and the lounge and there is underfloor heating so the villa is comfortable for all seasons. The swimming pool measures approximately 5 x 4 m so it is one in which you can actually swim rather than a plunge pool provided in many other properties. A point about the TV - this provides a range of channels including those from UK so in many ways this villa is an ideal place - a "home from home" in the winter months. THIS VILLA OFFERS AN IDEAL CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR HOLIDAY AND THE CENTRE OF NERJA IS PARTICULARLY SAFE FOR PEDESTRIANS AS THE BEAUTIFUL AND HISTORIC CENTRE IS PROTECTED BY CONTROLLED BOLLARDS RESULTING IN NO UNAUTHORISED VEHICLES ENTERING. NERJA IS ALSO PROTECTED BY VISIBLE LOCAL AND NATIONAL POLICE. We do own 4 other properties closeby ranging from a 4+ bedroom villa and two apartments in the Edificio Aljamar Calle Lucena beach end and an aparrtment in Edificio Hawaii with a south facing terrace all of which are advertised on this website so if you would like to view the details contact us as the direct owners and we will provide you with the links.

Getting around

Your walk to the beach,the centre of town and the night life is easy- it is all on the flat. We have stated that there is no need to hire a car at this location but the choice is yours. For example to visit Nerja Caves is a real MUST and there is a town train which departs from the Plaza de Espana in the centre of town (with many stops on the way) to and from the Caves which is reasonably priced and ticket includes entry to the caves and the Cave Museum. Frigiliana the mountain villa is also well worth a visit and it is advisable to take the bus from the bus station as car parking is limited. Buses run direct to Malaga from the bus station and this too is a place well worthy of spending time during your stay.

Interaction with guest

At the commencement of your enquiry we will aim to rspond within 24 hours European time. My husband and I are the direct owners and as administrator I should be able to answer most questions. We would urge an early decision as our propeties are in great locations and are very popular. Once you have paid your deposit I will commence our internal confirmation which we are required to do by Andalucian law and I will be able to let you know the information required. We can offer to make the taxi airport transfers or put you in touch with Pablo for car hire. Once you have pad the balance we shall then be able to exchange communication details. On your arrival day if it is late you will be able to access the property using the keylock safe.

Please only smoke outside not inside. You can access the property at any time. We shall do our very best to allow you to continue to be at the property until you need to leave especially if you have a late flight. However if guests leave and arrive on the same day then we will do our best to accommodate departure but have to consider cleaning time in which case departure time is 10 am.
Please replace or report anything broken.
Do not play excessively loud music inside or outside the property.

“Great location, nice villa, everything you will need, great hosts”

Ideally located for the old town of Nerja (a 10 minute stroll on the level), and Burriana beach is only 5 minutes walk. It's in a quiet location and the views from the terrace are lovely; mountains behind the town and the sea! The villa is very well supplied with just about everything one could think of. Marion and Filipe are lovely hosts; we could have stayed much longer.
