Beautiful semi-detached Andalusian house within a small well kept private gated development with shared pool. The house is built over 2 floors. Upstairs, there are three large double bedrooms (two with King Size beds and the third one with two large single beds) and a large bathroom.
The master bedroom has a terrace / conservatory with stunning sea views.
Downstairs, you can find a shower room, a fully fitted kitchen, dinning / seating room with a large corner sofa, a 48 inches plasma tv and sound system. There is a large terrace (with awning) with panoramic mountains and sea views, perfect for sun bedding and for breakfast and dinners al fresco.
There is a good size swimming pool and tastefully landscaped comunal areas with sun beds shared between 11 houses.
The house is perfectly located as it's only 2 - 4 minutes walk from the Burriana Beach (200m) and under 10 minutes walk (400-500m) from the busy and lively Centre / Balcon de Europa / Carabeo area, where you can find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops.

We have just finish refurbishing the house; new bathroom, flooring, air-con, awning, solar water. All furniture and beds are brand new and of a very high standard. Profesional photos to follow over coming weeks.

Exquisite accommodation with state of the art facilities. A stone throw to the beach with excellent views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Highly recommended.

Very fantastic property, very clean and tastefully furnished. 2 minutes walk from the beach and choice restaurants. Very close to town centre and amenities. Stunning views of the mountain, sea, sunrise and sunset from our terrace and bedroom. We visited Balcon de Europa and Nerja Cave which was just a few minutes away. Also had a tour of Malaga. it's an experience we will always treasure. Overall it was an amazing experience. I went with my cousins family and all our kids enjoyed every bit of it too. Will definitely be coming back and would also recommend this property. The owners (Eva and Eli) were just a text away providing excellent customer service and answering every questions and making recommendations where required. Rach

A beautiful home and very handy to the town, and the beach . The house is fully equipped and you literally have everything you could imagine that you would need. We spent a lovely two weeks in Nerja in August. The house was fantastic. It was an ideal size and location for our family (2 adults and 3 children.) It has been recently re-decorated to a high standard, and it is lovely and clean. It has brand new air conditioning units in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. There are some steps from the property down to the swimming pool, which is a good size and was never too busy. The view from the balcony of the sea and the mountains behind is amazing. The house is perfectly located. It is within easy walking distance of Burriana beach (approx 200m down a gentle slope) and about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk to the vast array of shops and restaurants near the Balcon de Europa. There are a few supermarkets within easy walking distance. We didnt have a car but found public transport easy to use to explore the area. The owners, Eva and Eli, were extremely helpful before and during our stay, helping with booking airport transfers and promptly answering any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
