Casa Naranjos guarantees its guests both quality and stylish accommodation by combining a truly great unique experience and good value for money. This is ensured by its south facing aspect and the opportunity to relax whilst being very close to an exceptional range of holiday activities for families, couples or the less active. We always provide a luxurious Executive greeting pack, including lots and lots of important things you need to get your holiday off to a relaxing, smooth start. Things you can look forward to are:

- Spanish Cava and two bottles of wine (with your choice of red or white)

- Selection of quality presented teas & coffees

- Water and snacks

- Beautifully presented toiletries, house towels and beach towels (so you don't need to fill up your precious suitcase space with those heavy beach towels !!)

- An emergency sealed toothbrush - just in case some forgets theirs !! And again just helps guests make sure every moment is enjoyable and helps overcome the little travel hiccups.

- Two detailed and helpful guides; there is one for Casa Naranjos and all it offers along with a guest information pack to Nerja, with personal recommendations on restaurants, beaches, tapas and wine to suit the budget and tastes of all guests at Casa Naranjos

to help your stay get off to a smooth relaxing start.

- A Spanish mobile handset with a pre-loaded 5 euro credit

Depending upon your group size, the 3 bedroom accommodation at Casa Naranjos is available over 3 floors and has its own private secure garden, when the entire accommodation is reserved, for a maximum group size of up to 8 guests.

The ground floor comprises the garden apartment, with its own large private garden and its own large terrace, with a quality garden dining set and chairs. This space provides two comfortable twin beds, a sofa bed, a bathroom and a generous sized fully fitted kitchen. The garden apartment can be rented by Guests separately should they wish, but it is also ideal for grand parents or visiting friends and family and is easily accessed by a stylish external spiral staircase leading from the terrace to the large garden terrace area.

The first floor of Casa Naranjos, comprises the main entrance, large lounge, cloak room, gorgeous modern kitchen and double French doors out to the terrace, which is partially covered and ideal for BBQ's and entertaining or relaxing.

Second floor is the top of the house, and has the North facing Master bedroom, with its fully open planned en-suite open plan bathroom. The Juliet bedroom, has twin beds and views of the Mediterranean Sea. Located on the top floor is a nice modern and ultra clean family bathroom with double wash hand basins and hairdryers.

Guests who require accommodation for just 4 people do have the option of only reserving the top 2 floors of Casa Naranjos or the beautiful ground floor garden apartment (this is Estudio Naranjos with the reference 1903338) and either may be occupied by other guests. Or guests may feel they would like more space and book the whole property, even if their party size is less than 8, which is the maximum number of guests the entire property can accommodate. The garden apartment has its own kitchen and is accessed either down from the lounge terrace or from the garden entrance, which helps provide a sense of independence, but great for sharing. Parents are informed however that leaving young children alone in the garden apartment, is not supported by the Casa Naranjos team.

We have fully prepared and submitted Spains new tourism licence application and await the tourist reference number from the Spanish authorities, very shortly.

Getting around

It is a beautiful walk down to the beach, the use of a hire car does help enjoy Nerja best, or alternatively use the €1 seasonal bus, which tours all around Nerja beaches and town centre, for guests and visitors. The Casa Naranjos team highly recommends Helle Hollis car hire, who may not be the cheapest hire company, but they are certainly the highest quality, and with the best business ethics.

Interaction with guest

Casa Naranjos is a top quality self catering holiday at home experience and the Casa Naranjos are on hand to help with genuine emergencies associated with the accommodation itself, ie pipe leaks etc. All ambulance and police contact numbers are listed in the guests handbook, and guests are reminded, it is in their interests to familiarise themselves with these numbers and to add to their own mobiles. The inability to obtain a TV channel or a wi-fi connection will generally be addressed on the next working day. Uniquely El Capistrano Villages benefits from discrete security amabassafors, who walk throughout the site, and help ensure safety, but importantly help ensure neighbourly behaviours are always observed.

Whoever, they may claim to be. 4- Guests are sensitively reminded of the benefit to be mindful of excessive noise, to avoid a visit by the security team.

We enjoyed a fantastic week in Nerja last month. I have stayed at Casa Neranjos several times and it never disappoints. The upgrades to the kitchen and bathroom this year have really opened up the space and made it even better. It’s such a great location perfect for a nice morning walk to the beach and then an evening stroll to the town centre! I love that you have the option to stay in the villa on the evening and make use of the kitchen (which has everything you could ever need) or even stay there during the day and lay on the sun loungers in the garden :) Thank you so much to Philip & Stephen for an amazing week as always! Already can not wait to visit again :)

“Lovely holiday house”

The house is set in very pretty El Capistrano village, and around 15 min walk from Burriana beach. The house itself is very well presented with recent refurbishments and the new kitchens and bathrooms are lovely. It has a great terrace on the first floor with a sea view and a lovely garden at the lower ground level. The top bedroom at the front also has a little balcony with a great view and the property is immaculately maintained. Everything feels like it has been thought of in the house, from UK TV channels to kitchen utensils and an incense holder. Its a real joy of a place to stay in - very relaxing and somewhere we’ll definitely return to visit. All the living rooms and bedrooms have air conditioning which looks brand new and huge wardrobe space. There were five of us and plenty of room between us. The property also benefits from use of the swimming pools with nice cafe and a little shop. Everyone was very friendly and Wilma helped us out with any issues. The owner is really helpful with any requests and the property is around 25 mins walk from the very pretty town of Nerja. We’ll return soon hopefully!

“ We spent a week in Nerja and although the weather was mixed in March, the house looked fantastic. I have stayed here before and the greeting pack gets better and better.
