This comfortable villa is located in the La Exotica area of Nerja just a short drive from the town centre and beach. Outside, a delightful covered terrace overlooks the pool and enjoys views across the countryside to the mountains and down to the Mediteranean coastline.

The Exotica area holds the middle between a rural and urban location, enjoying the best of both worlds. From the pool, the villa looks out over the countryside below with avocado, olive and citrus fruit trees. The views to the south are out to Nerja with the Mediterranean behind. All together, a very convenient location at a 5 minute drive from the town centre of Nerja (2,2 km) and the beaches . If you prefer to leave the car at home, then you can easily walk to a supermarket

If you prefer to leave the car at home, then you can easily walk to a supermarket (Lidl) at 800m and to the restaurant of Hotel Almazara at 1,2 km. The access to the villa leads through a lawned garden, from where the villa is accessed on the first floor. The pool (7 x 3m) is set on ground floor lower level and surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun and shade, complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. On the first floor you will find a covered terrace with panoramic views, ideal for dining al fresco!

The villa is set on three levels and accesses through the front door on the first floor.

On the ground floor, a spacious living/dining room with open plan kitchen gives access to the pool area. The kitchen on this floor is ideal to cater whilst having your barbecue along the pool; the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, 4 rings vitro hob, oven, washing machine and breakfast bar. You will find two bedrooms on this floor (one twin and one double) and a spacious bathroom featuring a bath with overhead shower, additional shower, single washbasin and bidet.

On the first floor is the main dining/living room with sofas, dining table, satellite TV and DVD. The second kitchen is semi-independent and well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4 rings vitro-hob, oven and fridge/freezer. There are two twin bedrooms on this floor and a well-sized bathroom with bath with over head shower, wc, single washbasin and bidet.

The second floor comes with another double bedroom and a bathroom with bath with over head shower, wc, single washbasin and bidet.

Note:
1. All bedrooms are equipped with a free standing fan.
2. The whirlpool visible on one the pictures is placed out of order as it proved to be too fragile for children's hands (i.e. you can still use it but without the bubbles!).
3. A WiFi internet connection is available, costs dependent on usage, approx. 20 EUR per week. Information on how to access and pay is available in the villa.

Maritime Malaga on the coast where winter never comes; and with a mountain vocation inland, where nature is displayed in all its splendour. White villages with their attractive architecture, wrapped in romantic legend, bring points of light into secluded valleys where life goes by peacefully. On the Costa del Sol there are lots of discos, night clubs, and casinos set up for evening entertainment, whereas golf courses mushroomed like in no other place in Europe. Complementary products emerged too –water parks, theme parks, fun resorts– and new segments began to develop: meetings, incentives, conferences and events, cultural tourism, and hinterland travel, first in Serranía de Ronda and Axarquía, then in Antequera and Valle del Guadalhorce.

The growth of the eastern part of the Costa del Sol –most of it included in Axarquía, a region with a clear al-Andalus legacy– was less spectacular but no less important.

Better connected after the development of the Mediterranean highway, the Eastern Costa del Sol is one of the most interesting places to visit in Malaga Province.
