A lovely 1 bedroom villa in Nerja... with pool table.

This charming cottage enjoys a convenient situation near Nerja and Frigiliana. Stroll out from the rustic, pretty living room to the shaded veranda terrace where you can enjoy spectacular views out to the sea. Inside, it's cosy and well prepared for a "just the two of us" holiday.

Location and outside area

A lovely rustic style cottage located just off the Nerja - Frigiliana road. The shops, tapas bars and restaurants of Nerja (2 km) are only 5 minutes drive. For those who prefer not to take the car every days, there is also a bus stop and restaurant nearby (100m). The villa enjoys a sunny position with wonderful views from the shaded veranda out to Nerja and the Mediterranean, making this a perfect spot for your alfresco dinners. A built-in barbecue and patio furniture is provided. At the rear, you'll enjoy the same lovely sea views at the private pool (5 x 3m) and a spacious sun terrace with sun loungers.

Note: unobtrusive traffic sounds may be heard outside.

The villa is smartly furnished with a cosy, rustic ambiance. There is a living/dining room with sofa, wood burning stove, satellite TV and DVD. A breakfast bar separates the living from the kitchen equipped with 2 rings vitro hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is double bedroom and a full bathroom. The washing machine is placed in an utility room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
