Modern and bright, this two bedroom apt. makes for the perfect holiday away. It's located in Capistrano Village, one of Nerjas most popular urbanisations with facilities such as great poolareas, shops and restaurants but still close to the beach/city.

The apartment is located beside the large shared pool. It faces south with a small private enclosed garden and includes an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen and French doors leading to the south west facing terrace. There is a modern bathroom, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a twin bedroom. There is easy access to both of the excellent communal pools and amenities of Capistrano and also the local supermarket, tennis courts and nearby cafe bars and restaurants.

Nerja with it's 9 beaches is without the high rise skyline so typical of the resorts further west. From the whitewashed narrow streets of the old quarter with its tapas bars and front door fruit and vegetable stalls to modern hotels and high

Capistrano is a beautiful urbanization with mature landscaped gardens, great facilities and amenities and is within easy reach of the town and beach by car, walking or by the frequent bus service. There are a number of restaurants close by and a supermarket within the urbanization. Street parking.

Nerja

From Capistrano Village you can easily reach both Burriana Beach and Nerja centre within 15-20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive. It is 1300 m to Burriana beach and approx 1900 m to the centre of Nerja. There is a bus stop very close by and taxi is 7 euros within Nerja
