We stayed for a week in July. The villa is fantastic just as described with wonderful views of the sea and along the coast. Shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within walking distance. The pool was lovely for a dip each afternoon warm and refreshing surrounded by a small well kept garden. The whole area had a very friendly feeling, we hope to stay again.
Owner's reply: This is a well balanced review, which exactly describes the location and views from the villa.It also confirms the proximity to the town centre and that all amenities are within walking distance. The pedestrianised Carabeo Street is full of vitality as it links the beaches with the town centre and unfolds with interesting vistas as one walks along it.
“Fabulous villa in the perfect location”
We are frequent visitors to Nerja, and this villa was the perfect location for our New Year stay with family. It is beautiful maintained and has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Close to the town and beach with stunning views of the bay from the terrace. Will definitely be staying here again

The property is well maintained with an bi-annual schedule of repairs and painting which has just been completed. What you see on Holiday Lettings web site is what you get. “Lovely town house in perfect location”
Town house very well equipped. Good sized lounge terrace and bedrooms and good views across sea to Balcon de Europe. One niggle, there were 5 of us staying but only 4 sun loungers which were on roof terrace so no facilities for lounging by pool. Close to amenities and just few minutes walk to Balson de Europe. Nice and quiet late night so no trouble sleeping. Very good selection of restaurants close by from cheap and cheerful to up market brasseries. Lots of beaches close by salthough some of them only accessed by lots of steps or steep slopes.
“Great holiday home in a wonderful location”
We chose this property for its great location and because it looked ideal for a family holiday with two older teenagers. We were not disappointed. There is plenty to do in Nerja and we had lots of enjoyable afternoons on the beach. There is a great choice of restaurants and we had some good evenings out. We weren't that adventurous but did visit the Alhambra, which was well worth a visit, and also went parasailing on Burriana beach which was brilliant. The property was clean, well-furnished and in a great central location. The views from the roof are fantastic. Andy was very helpful in all the arrangements and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

This is a fabulous place to stay location wise near to centre on a beautiful little road and it feels very safe and relaxing and views to die for best self catering place I have stayed in in nerja and Iwouldnot hesitate to book again the service off the owner was superb, I dont want praise it to highly in case other people start booking it.
“Location, Location, Location!”
Firstly a huge thank you to Andy for making our booking and holiday so effortless!!! We booked a 3-bed because we should have been more than just the one couple on this holiday but due to unforeseen circumstances this didn't happen and it was just the two of us. The apartment would quite easily have coped with 6 of us I'm delighted to say, also I think the photos show that one of the bedrooms has only one single bed but in fact it has 2. The location is excellent, especially for people travelling for the first time to Nerja as it is so so central, approx. 2-3 min walk to the town and 2-3 mins to the beach (Burriana.....the best in our opinion in Nerja!). Having stayed on Calle Carabeo previously we knew exactly where we were at and I cannot recommend the location highly enough, or indeed the apartment. It had everything we needed was exceptionally clean and comfortable and what fantastic views! It is extremely secure so we didn't have to worry, however it does have a hidden safe which we didn't find until halfway through our holiday and when we did we didn't know where to find the key. This is not a criticism as it really didn't bother us and I'm sure had we contacted Andy he would have helped. Might be worth mentioning for future residents..... If you want the perfect location in a lovely comfortable, quiet apartment with beautiful views then this is definitely the place for you!
“Clean well equipped villa with outstanding location and views”
Stayed a short family break with our children who are both at university. Location is excellent between Burriana beach and town centre within walking distances of main parts of Nerja and great view, particularly from roof terrace. Plenty of great places to eat in the area. Secure car parking immediately outside villa which was much appreciated. Three bedrooms gave us exactly what we needed and the communal sitting room area nad kitchen was well sized and fitted out. Roof terrace has great views of sea and mountains. Communal pool small but clean and private. Very close walk to Carabeo beach. THere was a small issue with initial access due to new cleaner using third lock but this was resolved very promptly through direct contact with owner who is contactable 24/7 and proved to be a minor issue. Friendly and professional service throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to friends but only after I have made the booking for our next trip !
“A comfortable town house in a wonderful position”
This property is in a wonderful position overlooking the "Balcon Europa" within a secure gated situation including a car parking space. Comfortably furnished in a modern style and well equipped. A town house over three floors with a roof and second floor terraces to allow plenty of sunbathing/dining space and with wonderful views.Surounded with good eateries who could ask for more.
“This place has it all”
Knew the area and this gem was hiding behind a wall. It has everything we could have wanted including a sufficiency of bathrooms and toilets, and wifi, who could ask for more? lol we were spoiled. Views from the roof terrace and balcony are wonderful. Fans in the bedroom worked really well in this year's heat. We look forward to going back in the future.
“Outstanding location, spectacular views, will be back again!”
This was our 2nd visit after first staying in July 2011, and it was another brilliant trip to Nerja and stay at this property. The weather is superb all year round. Even when we came here in the last weekend of April the weather was still 25-30oC. The refurbishment works have now been finished, since our initial visit and have enlarged the bedrooms and reconfigured the bathrooms providing a modern and spacious property. The real draw of this townhouse is without doubt the roof terrace – the views really are incredible over the rest of the coastline with the mountains behind. It is great to wake up and have breakfast up there or superb for a glass of wine in the evenings! You can of course sunbathe on the roof terrace, as there are sun loungers provided as change from the beach or pool. The properties location is hard to beat with a 5 mins stroll to Burriana Beach or the Balcon de Europe and town. It’s situated within a secure gated complex with communal pool and parking, which is ideal for security. Our flight arrived into Malaga late in the evening and the owner arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the arrivals hall. They also had provided a few necessities in the fridge on arrival e.g. large bottle of mineral water, bottle of red wine etc which was a nice touch. The town itself is very authentic with a cosmopolitan mix of Europeans, good beaches and the evenings are buzzing, especially in and around the Balcon de Europe. The quality, variation and price of the food in local restaurants was excellent. This apartment and the resort went way beyond our expectations and I’d recommend this place to anyone. Would happily book again for 2013.
