From the owner

Our wonderful villa is ideal for large groups and families. It is situated in a great location as it's only a ten minute walk to the town centre and nearest beach. You won't need a car, once you arrive, to enjoy all that Nerja has to offer. Intended to give the feel of a boutique hotel, the property is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art.

Upstairs there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and two excellent bathrooms. Downstairs you will find a further four large bedrooms, bathroom and a family room containing TV and DVD. A second new kitchen completes the property allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to eight cars, leads to a double garage containing separate washer and dryer.

As our villa is in such high demand we can only accept Saturday arrivals in peak season. Howevever we can be flexible off-peak.

20% deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance payable 90 days before arrival. Payments can be accepted by cheque, bank transfer or credit card via PayPal.

The recently constructed ten meter pool is one of the best private pools in Nerja. Travertine marble has been used for the terraces as it stays cool under foot on even the hottest day.Relax and enjoy the pool furniture and parasols. Everyone enjoys the covered upper terrace for al fresco dining in the evening with it's table for all fourteen guests to eat together.

We had great time in Nerja. The house was big and spacious. Nice pool. We were 14 persons. Did a lot of barbeque. Very good contact with the owner. We would love to go there again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eamonn (the owner) a message.

If Eamonn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
