** A BRAND NEW HOME FOR 2019 **

Beach Dreams is a luxury caravan on the popular, small and exclusive Sandhills Holiday Park in Mudeford, which is the perfect beachside location for a wonderful holiday. It has gas central heating throughout and is fully equipped to a high standard with everything you need for your stay.

The caravan is situated in a quiet, sunny spot off the road with its own car parking space, and has convenient access to the heated swimming pool and the sandy beach a short level walk away.

It sleeps 6 people and consists of one double bedroom with king size bed and an en-suite which includes a bath. The second bedroom has twin single beds, both rooms have plenty of storage. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen is provided and beds are made based on your ‘booked for’ numbers.

The main family shower room has a large shower, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, gas oven , washing machine, etc. There is also a dining area for 4 people.

The lounge is bright, spacious and comfortably furnished with a large U shaped sofa, plus a 40" flat screen HD TV, DVD player and remote controlled electric fire. Games and Books are provided for your pleasure and relaxation.

Beach Dreams has a lovely decking area with table, chairs and lockable gate; ideal if you have young children that you don't wish to wander off too easily. A private parking space is located next to the caravan, which makes it easy for unloading your luggage.

The Wifi is available via the site, and the passcode can be attained at the sites clubhouse.

SANDHILLS

Sandhills is a small, friendly site on a flat terrain which can be enjoyed by all. There is a newly refurbished heated swimming pool and paddling pool, a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, a children's play area and a family bar serving refreshments and snacks. There is also a small gym, a shop for essentials, and a launderette. You can access the beach directly from the site via a small promenade.

THE DORSET REGION

There is an abundance of things to do in the local area including golf, bike hire, horse riding, fishing, sailing, wind surfing, open top bus tours. Dorset holds many visitor attractions including Poultons Park with Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Bucklers Hard Maritime Museum, Palace House Gardens and Abbey. The beautiful New Forest National Park is a short drive away and fantastic for day out, or why not spend a day on the Isle of Wight which is just 40 minutes by boat from Lymington. Other local places of interest are Bournemouth Oceanarium, Go Ape, bowling and indoor water park, Brownsea Island and many more.

MUDEFORD

Just a short stroll from ‘Beach Dreams' along the sand will take you to the gift shop which sells freshly baked bread and pastries (baked on the premises) and daily newspapers. You will also find The Noisy Lobster which is one of the most popular restaurants in the area where you can enjoy the spectacular views across Mudeford bay whilst enjoying breakfast, lunch, dinner or just a cup of coffee. A further walk along the beach will take you to Highcliffe Castle with its tea rooms and gift shop. From Mudeford quay you can catch the ferry to Mudeford Sandbank on Hengistbury Head, or head out on one of the various boat trips and adventure voyages. Mudeford quay is famous for its crab fishing which can be enjoyed by all the family and there is also a cafe and pub, or the fish stall if you prefer to eat in. Why not unwind at the luxury Christchurch Harbour Hotel Spa which is adjacent to the quay and dine at the award winning Jetty Restaurant which sits on the waters edge with the most stunning views across the harbour.

“Breach dreams holiday home mudeford”

Beautiful holiday home on a lovely location , the home was well equipped with every thing you needed ,also dog friendly .plenty to do at mudeford with walks and local pubs and restaurants to visit and the holiday home is minuets away from the beach , Good communication from the friendly owner Gareth, I have been very impressed with this short Xmas break that I have already booked the same holiday home and looking forward to going back in August

Unfortunately, our stay in Gareth’s caravan was only for 3 days - we would have preferred much longer. Excellent central heating and shower and double glazing. Clean and tidy and really cozy. Well laid out and good facilities. Not all caravans are like this, which are only now finding out. Gareth was very prompt and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend and stay again. I don’t write reviews, but felt he really deserves this one. Chris & Julie

This was an excellent spot for a short weekend. Comfortable accommodation and so close to the sea. Would recommend Beach Dreams.

Lovely caravan clean and tidy full use of facilities, situated on the Sandhills site with use of swimming pool, lovely beach 5 minutes away and the fact we were able to take our little dog was a bonus ! Would recommend.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gareth (the owner) a message.

If Gareth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
