La Casita offers peace and relaxation from the moment you arrive with its beautiful stunning views and comfortable accommodation.

La Casita has a double bed with plenty of wardrobe space & two side cabinets with beautiful views out of the window.

The lounge has a settee that makes into a sofa bed, TV to play DVD's.

A dining area that seats four people. There is hot and cold Air conditioning in the lounge and additional fans .

The fully equipped kitchen comprises of 5 ring gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, microwave, plancha, toaster and kettle.

The shower room has a power shower with various jets a bidet, tilet and wash handbasin, hairdryer.

there is also a safe.

The outside area has loungers, chairs and dining table.

There are nice secluded areas to sit in the shade and read your books.

The swimming pool is for your private use with outside shower and sun terrace that overlook the mountains with its magnificent views.

It is an ideal location for ”Al fresco” dining or a barbecue" we have a Gas BBQ"

To the side of the Casita there is a private garden with sun loungers and table.

There is also a separate gate leading down to the Casita should you not want to use the main gated parking situated at the top of the property.

I must make you aware the Casita can only be accessed by walking down some steps.

La Casita is located in easy access of the village only 1 km away, 20 min walking downhill and not recommended in the summer months during the day.

Monda is a typical Spanish Village situated in the mountains of the Las Nieves. If you want to experience the true feel of Spanish life you will find it in Monda. Monda has plenty of shops, for your everyday needs: Chemist, Bakery, Supermarkets, Butchers, and Post Office.

A small market on a Tuesday, Cheese Factory and a working Olive Mill which is over 200 years old.

Plenty of Bars and Restaurants serving anything from Tapas, Steaks, Pizza, Pasta, Paella, Sardines cooked over charcoal and giant prawns!

We have plenty of buses running from Monda. The train station is 25 minutes away,(Cartama Estation). There is also a taxi service.

La Casita is your home away from home, from the moment you arrive we want you to feel welcome. The sunbeds are out with beach towels supplied. Please be aware that I live on site and that I also have a dog and a cat. I am on hand if you would like any help or information. However, I do strive to offer our guests the privacy they need.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Helen (the owner) a message.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
