Description

Around 30 minutes from Malaga airport, A beautiful, fully equipped single story apartment. with large terrace, partial sea views, in a small, well maintained community with 3 swimming pools. only 5 minutes walk to beach and boardwalk connecting La Cala de Mijas with Marbella.

Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, park etc are just beyond the community gates.

With the addition of a brand new shower room & recently refurbished terrace, our bungalow offers everything you could possibly need, to kick back, relax & enjoy your stay.

We provide information & recommendations, regarding local facilities & places to visit.

We have free emergency medical service, available to anyone, who my need it while staying on the community.(hopefully not).

Free WiFi & a great TV package.

With a pool directly to the rear & a private terrace/garden to the front of the property, for you to enjoy.

Getting around

The closest bus stops are at the bottom of the street. Every 30 mins in both directions, Fuengirola or Marbella. There is also a taxi rank nearby. The buses run east to Fuengirola or west to Marbella, stopping at all resorts along the way. Fuengirola bus station has further services to resorts, such as, Los Boliches, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Mijas pueblo & lots more. There is also a tour operator, located on the main street, offering trips to all places of interest, including, Gibraltar, Rhonda, Jerez, Marbella, Seville, to mention just a few. Walking the board walk is also a great way to explore the coastline. Fuengirola train station also offers a great service To Malaga, stopping at all resorts along the way.

Interaction with guest

We have everything in place, to make your stay, as easy as possible. You will be met by a trusted friend (whether you need airport transfers or not) who will meet & welcome you to the community. our property is immaculately clean & fully equipped for all of your needs. Clean linen & towels, including beach towels provided, chairs, cool box & parasol for the beach. We will provide a local contact number, should you have any problems or need any information. Our administrator's office is 2 minutes walk away. Also included is, emergency medical service for you & your family, while you are within the community of "Riviera Playa" My wife Lesley & I take great pride in our place, & it is there for you to enjoy.

Ensure air conditioning is off when you go out.
Always secure the apartment & community gates. Tea, coffee etc, are for your use & to replenish, for next guests.
Only toilet paper down the loo.
Over occupancy will not be tolerated.
Finally, you must have a fantastic holiday.

Great bungalow and good position near to all amenities very clean well stocked for a self catering holiday not far from the beach which we love, some Good restaurants near by plus two supermarkets looking forward to our next visit.

This bungalow was only a few minutes from 2 supermarkets, great restaurants, a few good bars and most important to me 5 minutes walk to the beach at Riviera. From there it was a short walk to Calahonda in one direction and a longer walk into Lacala in opposite direction. It is opposite Diana park which I found very interesting, enjoyed going most mornings to see the chickens, rabbits and fish. The accommodation had everything I needed for a very comfortable 9 weeks stay. There is a swimming pool right outside the front door , felt very safe in this gated community which was important as I was holidaying alone. Very well equipped kitchen Including full sized cooker, large fridge freezer and microwave., plenty storage wardrobes in bedroom and thankfully comfortable bed. The terrace was a godsend, very good size with great sun beds, table and chairs for al fresco eating. The well kept gardens are a real bonus. There are also chairs/towels which you can take to beach , they truly have thought of everything. Can’t wait to return hopefully for 12 weeks next time.

the bungalow in reviera del sol is2mins from shops and bars 5mins from superb beaches and wooden walkway that goes along beach for at least 10 miles or more the complex is lovely and peaceful with 3 pools the 1 outside our bungalow was like having your own private pool 3 yards from the front door and the area around complex emmaculately looked after the interior of bungalow was in pristine condition lovely bathroom kitchen had all you needed plus the terrace was very large with lovely ratten furniture and sun beds great place to chill at night with a few drinks also Wi-Fi and sky sports on tv by far one of the cleanest places with have stayed in 25 years of holidays abroad many thanks to rob and Lesley for a wonderful holiday in your bungalow also to peter for the airport pick-up fantastic chap many thanks

This time we traveled light here because the bungalow has the washer all amenities you need as usual very clean. We love it here and already booked for next year.we used the buses lots of times and visited Marbella and up to fuengirola. The supermarket well stocked very reasonably cheap.Then the beach and the boardwalk add to a very enjoyable holiday thank you Robert and Leslie x
