Peacefully located only 130 metres from the beach on a small private residential marine estate, which borders on an AONB stretching several miles from Elmer to Littlehampton.

The architect designed holiday house comprises a detached property which can be split into two; one side is the larger main house with 4 bedrooms (one double with king size bed, two twin and one bunk), bathroom, shower room, kitchen ( with doors to front decked area), cloakroom and lounge area with patio doors to the rear decking / patio area.

There is a connecting door through the main lounge area to the completely self contained annex section. This sleeps 4 people, with one ground floor double bedroom with king size bed plus a galleried twin bedroom. There is a further sitting / dining area with patio doors to decking, kitchen area and bathroom on the ground floor.. The property is accessible for the disabled. The garden

Conveniently located to explore the many attractions of the south coast, including Chichester, with its beautiful cathedral, festival theatre, Goodwood and Fontwell races, historic Arundel with its many antique shops, wonderful castle and Wild Fowl and Wetlands Bird Centre, bustling Brighton with its plentiful seaside activities and entertainment, plus the glorious rolling south downs close by. The area is also great for walking, windsurfing, swimming, sailing and fishing and has quiet unspoilt beaches even at the busiest time of year. Shops and pubs within 1/2 mile.

The England region

Located on the south coast, West Sussex enjoys a wide variety of landscapes. From the rolling South Downs, through to the Coastal plateaus, there is something for all to enjoy.

Popular attractions include the busy and exciting town of Brighton, although those looking for a quieter retreat may enjoy Arundel, Chichester or Midhurst. With ample opportunities to explore the countryside or enjoy the beach, West Sussex has plenty to offer.

Middleton on Sea

The property is located in the Elmer area of Middleton on Sea, approximately 3 miles to the East of Bognor Regis in a residential area.

Elmer has long been popular with holiday makers: the property is on the Elmer Sands Private Estate only a couple of hundred meters from the beach. It is a quiet and safe residential area mainly occupied by families and retired couples.

The beach is sandy at low tide. There are rock defenses in the sea making the area ideal for rock pooling and paddling at low tide.

There are village convenience stores, pubs, post office and take away locally. More comprehensive supermarket and shopping facilities can be found in Littlehampton the to East, or Bognor Regis to the West.

The owners live locally and are always happy to recommend local attractions or help with directions.

“Great stay”

The owners showed great service, with really nice touches. The property is superbly designed and equipped. The accommodation flows really well, even the annex portion is part of the house. Lots of storage. The location is great for the beach and nice and quiet.
