From the owner

Superb and comfortable two bedroom house with a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. Tastefully furnitured. Ideal for a family of four or two couples.

A short walk to the beach and the longest promenade in Costa Del Sol which is connected Mezquitilla and neighboring towns; Caletea de Valez, Torre Del Mar and behind , they all offer gastronomy,blue flag beach,plenty cafes and few super markets and local shops along with a local markets hold in every town in different days of week selling fresh local produce.

There is a small private beach just across the road with shower ,

The house is in a convenient place and perfect location for fun and relaxation. Only 35 minutes by car to Malaga airport with an easy access to motorway or beautiful coastal road all the way to Malaga.

The space:

The house is located in a safe and small complex,they're two floors & includes a private top terrace with built in BBQ ,four sun launchers,dinning table and chairs. The terrace has a fantastic view of the sea on one side and mountains on the other.

First floor:

The two good sized bedrooms has view to courtyards.

Bedroom 1- has a very comfortable super king bed , dressing table,two bedside cabinets and wardrobe. The window opens to a complex courtyard and has distance view to mountains.

Bedroom 2- a very comfy double bed with large fitted wardrobe and small balcony with the Mediterranean Sea view.

There is a family bathroom consisting of a full bath,shower combined,toilet,bidet and a tall cabinet for storage.

Grand floor:

A good sized living area,,includes a comfy large L shaped sofa,coffee table,fireplace and dinning table with 4 chairs.

Through the living area there's a good sized kitchen with fitted cabinets,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge freezer, oven and electric hobs. A glass table and two high chairs.

The kitchen has a door to small courtyard with outdoor shower.

There's also a downstairs toilet with a window to outside.

First floor: bedroom 1

The house is fresh and airy in summer and cosy in winter.

After conformation of your booking , a week before you travel, I'll send you a name and phone number of the lady who will meet you either on your arrival or the next day to meet you and collect the ‘police from(s). she will answer any questions you may have regards to the area and the house. IPlease note if guests stay more than a week and they require to change the bedding sheets and towels for the clean ones, there is extra 10 euro for cleaning that you can directly pay the person who clean the house .

It's forbidden to disturb neighbors and make loud noises during quiet hours ( 11pm -8am) . Extra guests are not allowed.
Any food that's left in the house can be consumed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zara (the owner) a message.

If Zara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
