This private and elegant spacious 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms Condo at Tierra del Sol Resort, Spa and Country Clubs is located on the North side of the island, near by the sea and the prestigious community of Malmok. Tierra Del Sol is a high end gated community with beautiful condos and homes in a suburban like setting with spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and lake (bird sanctuary.)

In a short walking distance, you will find Tierra del Sol’s 18 hole championship golf course( designed by well-known Robert Trent Jones II), a lighted tennis complex, the elegant award winning Ventanas del Mar restaurant (fine and casual dining) with panoramic views of the golf course and the ocean and “ Body & Soul “ Tierra del Sol’s own full service Spa, Salon & Fitness-Center overlooking the golf course and the stunning Aruban rugged North Coast.

CONDO DESCRIPTION

This contemporary and tastefully furnished Ground Floor condo features a large open living area, large dining table, modern fully equipped European kitchen with granite counter top and stainless steel appliances and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Large Terrace doors in the living room area open up to a private covered patio, overlooking the 10th fairway of the golf course. A portable BBQ on request and outdoor seating furniture complete this space.

The European Kitchen is equipped with 4 ring electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots & pans, glassware, silverware and china.

It features a golf course/garden view master bedroom with king size box spring bed and bathroom (shower, bath, toilet double vanity sink). The 2 other spacious guests bedrooms have a shared bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, vanity sink). One of those rooms has 2 single box spring beds and the other one has a king size box spring bed. An extra rollaway bed is also available

During Your Stay, 30 kwh per day (Electricity) and 0.60 m3 per day(Water) is Included. Consumption over and above will be charged upon check out and needs to be paid in cash. With longer stays, this will be monitored and needs to be settled in cash on a weekly basis. In order to avoid surcharges, please check meter readings daily and adjust consumption as necessary.

A Refundable Safety Security Deposit Of $500 Will be charged by Flipkey. For stays longer then 2 weeks, an additional refundable deposit of $500 needs to be paid in cash to the host upon arrival

A LATE CHECK OUT might be granted if there are no new guests arriving on your departure day

How do damage deposits work?
