Exquisito, luminoso y tranquilo ático con terraza privada situado en la última planta del edificio residencial con ascensor. Dispone de 2 dormitorios amplios, uno con 2 camas individuales y otro con cama doble de 150cm, baño con gran espejo, amplia cocina con comedor integrado e independiente, completamente equipado para cocinar durante la estancia, salón con salida a la terraza, TV, Internet, sofá cama doble en el salón. Equipado para un máximo de 6 personas. Posibilidad de contratar aparcamiento cercano previo pago extra.

La vivienda está en la zona residencial más tranquila, exquisita y excelentemente situada para su visita turística o para disfrutar de una estancia de varios días sumergidos en nuestra ciudad. A un agradable paseo de 10 minutos a la playa de la Malagueta, Plaza de Toros, 5 minutos a la Plaza de la Merced, Mercado Atarazanas, o paseo de 2 minutos al Parque de Málaga o Puerto, Centro Pompidou. Sin olvidar la visita a nuestra vecina Catedral, Museo Revello de Toro, Museo Picasso, Museo de Málaga en edificio de antigua Aduana, Carmen Thyssen y un sin fin de posibilidades.

Su agradable terraza permite disfrutar del sol durante todo el año, está orientada al suroeste, y puedes disfrutar de ella todo el día.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Palma (the owner) a message.

If Palma (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
