Description

Original and comfortable rural house that offers design and beauty. It is located in the countryside 4 km from the town of Cómpeta, its views are privileged towards the sea and the mountains. This house is ideal to rest and relax without noise and with lots of sun. Rural accommodation in the Axarquía (Málaga). Finca Almencino is divided into 2 large plants and can accommodate 6 people (+ 1 child). On the ground floor there is the living room with 2 sofas, satellite TV and fireplace, dining area, fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a small room with a sofa-bed (for 1 child). To highlight the staircase, two sections that open from the center of the room to the left and right, getting a very original decorative appearance. The staircase on the left leads to the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suit bathroom with shower. By the staircase on the right we get to the other 2 bedrooms, one of them has a double bed and the other has 2 single beds, between them a bathroom with shower and the door that gives access to a private terrace on the roof. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning. Outside the large private pool with terrace, barbecue and a covered terrace with terrace furniture. The entire exterior of the Finca offers stunning views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. Finca Almencino is located 4 km away from the town of Cómpeta. All the way is asphalted, only the last approximately 200 m are quite steep, but it can be done without problems with a normal car. Competa offers us: several small supermarkets, bakery, fruit and vegetable store, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, medical center, dentist, internet café, souvenir shops, tourist information and much more. ------------------------- Pets In all of our rural accommodations pets are allowed (max 2). We inform you that if you bring your pet you would have to pay a supplement of 50 Euros (once per stay) in cash upon arrival in our Cómpeta office. WIFI All our rural accommodations have Wifi. The use of Wifi is included in the price. Heating Almost all our rural accommodations have central heating. In the case of wanting to use the heating would have to pay a supplement of 10 Euros per night. Please let us know 1 week in advance if you want to use the heating.

How do damage deposits work?
