Modern and cozy apartment, in the Barrio de la Victoria, next to the sanctuary of the Patroness of Malaga. An ideal place for a few days of vacation and visit this fantastic city. It has a bedroom with a double bed, bedding and duvet. Full bathroom, with electric towel rail, hairdryer, towels and gel Very bright and sunny dining room with sofa bed, flat screen tv and balcony overlooking the Victory Sanctuary Communal terrace with wonderful views of the city. Air conditioning throughout the apartment. Fire extinguisher Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board and kitchenware. The Suite Victoria apartment is surrounded by all the necessary services, pharmacy, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, bus stop and taxi and nearby parking. In only 5 or 10 minutes on foot we find the main attractions of the Historic Center of Malaga: Plaza de la Merced, Casa Natal de Picasso, Roman Theater, Alcazaba, Gibralfaro Castle, Cathedral, Thyssen Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, Automobile Museum, Jorge Rando Museum, Interactive Museum of Music, Museum of Popular Arts, Pompidou Museum Malaga, Russian Museum and the nightlife area of the capital of the Costa del Sol. City of Museums The apartment is close to the best restaurants in the city , as it is the Restaurant Montana, former property of the Picasso family, the El Pimpi wineries mandatory stop, with a varied offer of restoration throughout the city center, also the leisure area Muelle Uno located in the Port of Malaga. ideal to visit all year round because of its climate, but especially in Holy Week different from the others, Christmas, Fair, Theater Festival, Film Festival etc.etc Come and visit it, Malaga has much to offer er.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANA (the owner) a message.

If ANA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
