Live like a true local while visiting Malaga! Choosing the right location can make your experience in Malaga an unforgettable one.

This elegant luxury apartment is strategically located next to Malaga's Cathedral and the Roman Theatre. The proximity to La Malagueta also makes it very easy to get our local beach! The boutiques from Calle Larios, the Picasso and Thyssen Museums (and the Pompidou, opening in 2015), the Echegaray and Cervantes Theaters, and the Muelle 1 (piers next to the sea) with its restaurants and shops are just minutes away by foot from Cister.

Situated on a second floor, as you can see from the pictures the building is new and marvelous with marble stairs and columns as well as a large inner patio which allows you to rest without any street noises. The Apartment offers the comforts of modern amenities in a classic and traditional old quarter building.

The property is 60 m2 and decorated with stylish contemporary design furniture and its walls feature art work from local artists.

The dinning area and the living room are cozy and homey at the same time: a comfortable designer sofa bed and armchair, a 32” flat screen TV, a custom made dinning wooden table with 4 chairs… everything is there to make you feel at home! You can sit there and just enjoy the beauty of the design of the room.

The kitchen area is elegant and fully equipped: all electric, it features ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dish washer, washing machine and also an iron and iron board. You can't say that there is something missing here!

The bedroom and the en-suite bathroom follow the elegant and stylish feel of the rest of the apartment. It has a new and extremely comfortable queen size bed; the closet is spacious and has a safe box. The bathroom is elegantly made with marble and has a bathtub with shower,bidet and even a towel warmer.

The whole apartment is provided with central air conditioning / heating unit and wireless internet access.

IMPORTANT - No refunds will be issued over neighborhood activities(local celebrations), construction work, parties or loud noises caused by non guests or properties (should this happen pease let us know so we can call the police ourselves), street noise, no street parking or road closures. If we are made aware of such an event in advance, you will be contacted as soon as possible. We are not responsible for those activities.

We will only accept people under 21 years old if they are accompanied by an adult.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
