This self catering rental apartment looks over the Piazza Anfiteatro, and the famous walls surrounding the ancient centre of Lucca are only a few minutes walk away - here you can walk, cycle or simply sit and enjoy the splendid views.
Lucca's main shopping street, Via Fillungo, is only a step away, and all the important sights are within very easy walking distance.
There are two spacious double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds plus supplementary bed) and 2 bathrooms.

With two spacious double bedrooms (one with double bed, one with twin beds plus supplementary bed), two bathrooms, one with tub and one with shower, a living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, the apartment makes a perfect base for exploring Lucca, the most magical of small towns. The building dates back to the early sixteenth century, and with its comfortable antique furnishings offers a real taste of times past. Modern comforts include air conditioning in the bedrooms and satellite TV.

The spacious built-in kitchen is supplied with gas/electric hob and oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine and iron, and bed and bath linen are supplied. Bicycles are available for rent, extra cleaning can be provided if requested, and it is possible to arrange transfers to and from the airport.

If you have a car in Lucca, parking is available for free outside the Wall of Lucca, or on payment in the blue parking bays in the town. Secure payment parking is also available within the Wall.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucia (the owner) a message.

If Lucia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
