Desde la sala de estar se entra al dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio (160 x 200 cm). En la planta baja también hay una pequeña despensa y un aseo. Desde el salón una escalera conduce a la habitación en la galería y al baño. La cama de 180 x 200 m tiene (2 colchones individuales), un cabecero de cerámica, hecho por el propietario. El cuarto de baño en estilo rústico tiene una ducha amplia. Hay aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y una chimenea de pellet (los sacos de pellets están en el precio)La cocina está totalmente equipada con mesa de comedor, nevera-congelador, cocina de gas de 4 fogones, con horno, tostadora, cafetera, tetera, utensilios de cocina.
Las pinturas y esculturas del propietario de la finca (escultor y pintor) puede ser visitado por los amantes del.

Desde el jardín privado de su apartamento hay una puerta hacia la zona de la piscina.
Disfruten de la piscina nadando en ella, tomando el sol en una de las tumbonas en la terraza grande o con una copa de vino por la tarde bajo la pérgola con viña cerca de ella.
