This lovely detached cottage is in the village of Llantwit Major near to Cowbridge and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Pen Hill is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Llantwit Major just five miles from Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. The cottage can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one double and one twin as well as family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside is roadside parking and an enclosed front courtyard and enclosed rear garden with furniture. Pen Hill is an ideal base for exploring this lovely part of the country. Please Note: no stag/hen parties allowed.

Amenities: Gas central heating with gas fire. Electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Travel cot (please bring own bedding), highchair and stairgate. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis or public car park 5 mins walk away. Bike storage. Enclosed front garden and rear garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 mins walk. Note: There are two steps leading up to lawn. Please Note: no stag/hen parties allowed.
