COVID-19 UPDATE - due to the current uncertainty around Welsh travel restrictions we will make the following exception to our cancellation policy:- Should you book and find you are unable to travel to Llanrhian due to mandatory Welsh government travel restrictions we will refund all monies received/due from Holiday Lettings. Refunds will be requested on your original arrival date assuming COVID-19 travel restrictions are still in place. Refunds of service fees are at Holiday Lettings discretion.

Bwthyn Graig (Rock Cottage) is a pretty character cottage situated in the peaceful tiny hamlet of Llanrhian. The cottage has been renovated to a high standard but still retains its old character. The cottage is situated close to the ancient 13th century Llanrhian church. It's in a great location for adventurous types who enjoy outdoor pursuits, climbing , coasteering , diving, kayaking, walking, cycling, or you can just unwind and take in the beautiful scenery and beaches - the stretch of coastline between Abereiddy and Porthgain is one of the finest in Britain. The famous Sloop Inn at Porthgain Harbour is just a two minute drive or 15min minute walk away from the cottage.

The south facing/enclosed rear garden is perfect for barbeques after a day on the beach. It's also ideal for dogs.

Please only use the instant booking feature for full/multi week bookings at least one week in advance, with a Saturday arrival and departure date - so for 7,14,21,28 nights, but not 3,10,13,15 etc. For other length stays please request the dates via email and we’ll respond ASAP. Usually within a couple of hours. This is because we can't always guarantee that our housekeeper will be able to visit between guests arriving/departing on other days. Thanks!

Absolutely lovely cottage

This is a great place to stay. So well kitted out; very clean and very comfortable. The hosts were great and really helpful. It’s a great spot and we’d definitely stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nicholas (the owner) a message.

If Nicholas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
