“A Beautiful Cottage”

Reviewed 3 Nov 2014

We had a fantastic time in your cottage everything was so nice and clean. A perfect location. The food at the Kings Head was excellent and the staff. They had a Halloween party for the children. We had a lovely walk along the beach into Conwy. Llandudno has everything all on your doorstep. Our Grandaughter Millie loved watching and waving to the Trams from the lovely South facing garden. We will be back again soon. Thanks Gill.

“Fantastic cottage in a great location”

Reviewed 25 Jan 2014

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ty Newydd Cottage, it was well equipped and felt like home. It's in a great location, just a short walk from the promenade and also local amenities. As somebody who grew up in North Wales, I couldn't have asked for a nicer cottage and location than this. The owner also very kindly added a Christmassy feel to the cottage which was lovely especially arriving with small children.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay over the Christmas period and that you were glad to be staying in such a convenient location. We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Regards Gill

“Idyllic stone cottage, immaculately appointed with a friendly, caring proprietor ... near to the beach / town.”

What a great New Year break ... this was a fabulous cottage which was very well equipped and well positioned for all local amenities. Can't wait to return during the summer months ...

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and were warm and cosy during the storms! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Regards Gill

“lovely cottage, great location”

Reviewed 14 Sep 2013

Wonderful cottage at bottom tramstop for great orme. Five minutes walk into town, a little steep on way back if you have walking probs. Excellent chippy on doorstep. Recommend kings head (also on doorstep), queen vic down road, and especially the amazing palladium (for the amazing building, as well as greatprices) superb renovation by weatherspoons. Cottage was lovely , comfortable, well furnished, and spotlessly clean. En suite wa a bit of a tight squeeze. If you leave the gate open you might be surprised by a giant kashmiri goat in the garden ! Only downside was parking space a bit tight ( scratched door on exit). Thoroughly enjoyed week in llandudno, would cetainly stop here again.

Thank you for your lovely comments. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and found plenty of enjoyable places in Llandudno. No doubt the goat was helping itself to our plants! They regularly visit and they don't mind if the gate is shut, they just jump onto the wall! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future. Gill

“Tiny but well kept”

Reviewed 22 Jul 2013

Well organized and equipped, nicely decorated, perfectly located. Friendly landlady. Deposit was returned on afternoon of departure already. Steep staircase to bedrooms might be a problem to some guests (very young or elderly). Low doorways in upper floor can cause headache.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. I hope that you enjoyed the rest of your holiday in the UK. Kind Regards Gill

“Fantastic stay!”

Reviewed 16 Jun 2013

Wonderfully clean. Location picturesque. Cottage quaint, with all modern conveniences. Cottage garden beautiful and used daily to sit and relax in. Owner very helpful. Fantastic stay - but probably helped by getting the best week of weather, of the year so far!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and that the glorious weather enabled you to make full use of the garden.
