These are just a few things that come to mind when dreaming of renting this home. 181 Sea Level Loop is your chance to rent waterfront property in Litchfield Beach, SC at a price almost as good as the views. This extremely well built home features just the right mix of modern renovations, wood work, and overall southern style to include 3 bedrooms, 3 modernized bathrooms, a well equipped custom kitchen with 2 dining areas, custom lighting, a laundry room, high ceilings with catwalks, floor to ceiling windows, and so much more. The house is fully furnished to make your stay pleasurable in every way. The house sleeps 8-10 people if you utilize the the queen sized pull out couch in the living room. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the quiet, peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access on Litchfield Beach where you can enjoy the ocean. You can also use an outdoor pool 4 miles from the property from May through August. The house has free high speed WIFI internet access, central air conditioning, a flat screen TV with DVD player and Roku stick, microwave, modern kitchen stocked with all cookware and utensils, washing machine and dryer, large deck including an oyster table and charcoal grill with plenty of deck furniture overlooking the creek. It is located 4 miles from beautiful Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park. It is within 5 miles of 5 highly rated golf courses. You can walk around the corner to fantastic restaurants and it is within a mile of quaint shops at The Hammock Shops and Island Shops in downtown Pawleys Island. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mary (the owner) a message.

If Mary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
