Lovely refurbished single level villa in the St. Peter's part of Kavos. Only 15 minutes walk from the centre but far enough so as not to be disturbed. It is also just off the main road, 3 minutes walk from a nice, shallow sandy beach which is safe for children.

The villa itself was refurbished in the summer of 2013. Each bedroom has a 32" LCD Television with a large 42" in the living room.

The whole of the villa is fully air conditioned.

Outside there is a decent sized patio with a large garden full of fruit trees, sunbeds and a large barbecue to create your own little party. There is also a swimming pool in the middle of the garden as you can see at the pictures.

Its location and features suit a family who want to get away from it all or a young group who want to savour the nightlife of Kavos but are far enough to be able to get a decent nights sleep when the time arises.

The airport is one hour drive from the Villa and the port is only 5 minutes away.

We can also provide favourable rates for cars and motorbikes/scooters including delivery to the airport.

Note: There is a double bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other bedroom. However, if you require single beds in both rooms then this can also be done.

Very Good

“A little gem!”

I stayed here with my friend, my son and his friend. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. We were met at the airport by the owner, Dimitris (also known as Barry). He took us to the villa, stopping at the shop on the way to get water and coffee for us. He was so friendly and easy to chat to. The villa was great and just what we needed. The pool was a little small for laps but perfect for cooling off (A solution to this is mentioned later). The villa is in a quiet area about 20 to 30 minutes walk from Kavos centre (A taxi is about 4-6 Euros). The garden is very private with plenty of sunbeds and space to move about to catch the sun all day. There is a great bar/pool almost over the road managed by Panos. Panos was amazing and said we could use the pool there for swimming if we wanted (this was much bigger and great for laps if needed). Panos was very friendly and ordered us taxis, booked a boat trip for us and hosted a fabulous barbecue night with lovely food. Dimitris was amazing too. He was there whenever we needed anything and took us shopping to a local supermarket so we didn't have to spend too much at the local shop which was a little pricey. He also owns a car hire business, which is perfect if you need a car for exploring. Nothing was a bother for Dimitris and he looked after us well. His wife took us to the airport and was exactly on time to pick us up for our flight home. A fabulous little villa and some amazing people. We will definitely return.

Just had a lovely week in Villa Liza. The villa had everything we needed, and the pool was great. Dimitris sorted out a couple of problems quickly and is certainly a very friendly chap. If you have a car Gardenos beach is well worth a visit as is Lefkimi for a quiet night away from Kavos. Taxis are €6 in to Kavos and we popped over the road each night to Panos's bar where he'd order one for us. The BBQ night here was a laugh too, especially if you're up for a bit of karaoke. Would also recommend black and white bar in Kavos for a watermelon cocktail.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Dimitris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
