From the owner

This is a delightful, brand new 190sqm villa awaiting its guests to indulge in its luxury in Lefkas town! It comprises of 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, open plan, fully equipped kitchen/dining/living area and a wonderful outdoor living/dining area with a barbeque and a gorgeous swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds for relaxation.

Two of the spacious bedrooms have double beds, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. The two bedrooms with the double beds and the one bedroom with the two single beds are on the first floor while the fourth bedroom with the two single beds is located in the semi-basement. All of the bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning for a comfortable, summery night's sleep and flat screen TV's. There are also 3 full bathrooms, one on each level, two of which have a shower unit and the other has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped so preparing your meals is being a ''home away from home'' experience. Our guests will also find a flat screen TV and a fireplace in the attractive living area. Air conditioning is also fitted throughout the villa, making the environment pleasant. Access from one level to the next is so easy as there is a lift taking our guests from one to the other.

As for the outdoor area, you will have to agree that it is absolutely delightful, charming and inviting as it caters to both the young and the old. There are two pools: one for our tiny tots and the other for our adult guests to enjoy. There is also a jacuzzi for that extra pampering!! The outdoor area is paved and enclosed within a fully grown hedge for privacy. Take your pick as to where you want to relax. Will it be lazing on the sunbeds, soaking up that summer sun and dipping in the refreshing pool during intervals or will it be enjoying your iced coffee on the outdoor furniture?? Bring the indoor living outdoors by grilling your food on the barbeque and gathering round the outdoor dining table while enjoying a cool glass of eclectic, local wine!

Parking your vehicle is not an issue as there are two parking spaces available on the property.
