Beautiful and spacious penthouse surrounded by golf courses, with fabulous views of the sea, mountains and nature. We have bed and bath linen as well as kitchen utensils and all kinds of tools to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. Two large terraces, one with gas barbecue, table and sofa, which communicates with the kitchen and has views of the pool. The main terrace, with 90m2, has outdoor Jacuzzi, showers and beautiful furniture where you can enjoy its pleasant views of the golf courses, the sea and different residential areas of the area. We have a cot and high chair, adapted for children under 3 years old and upon previous request, as well as private storage room inside the garage for your golf equipment or bicycles. We are less than 5km from Fuengirola and Miramar Shopping Center, Sohail Castle and beach. At 25 km we find Marbella / Puerto Banús and 19 km, Mijas village, characteristic for its gastronomy and craft shops. We have discounts on the services of the Club Cerrado del Aguila (1km) in golf, paddle tennis, tennis, gym and restaurant (upon previous request), as well as babysitting and airport pick-up service. Bars, restaurants and supermarket nearby within the area with pool table and green areas. A multitude of paths that connect with Cala de Mijas (7km), a beautiful Andalusian village next to the sea, with a charming atmosphere and a beautiful enclave, connecting with the coastal path, which has almost 200 km across the coast of Malaga, considered one of the most important tourist areas of Spain and that concentrates almost 35% of the tourism of Andalucia. Public transport 1 km walking from the apartment as well as taxi service. Do not forget to enjoy the activities of the area, such as handicraft markets, Biopark, Sohail Castle with children's playground and water activities, Benalmadena stupa and butterfly farm, fairs and gastronomic routes, Marbella and Puerto Banus with its high-end shops and famous port sports, as well as a great nightlife ... that make the area a truly interesting and charming place for everyone who visits it.
