Placed on the edge of Lakka village, on top of the White House, it provides the best view of Lakka bay and village.

It has private balcony, the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or sundowners.

It also has a double (and single bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, satellite TV, air-conditioning, free Wi–Fi connection, a DVD player and room service every 2nd day.

Beautiful beaches and Lakka village are 2 minutes away.

Limani Studio 1 can host 2 – 3 guests.

“Room with a stunning view”

The stunning view from the balcony and location of this well equipped studio would Be difficult to beat. It was our 2nd time here and 3rd time in Lakka. The studio is spotlessly clean and spacious with a decent size balcony to sit and enjoy breakfast/lunch and evening drinks whilst admiring the wonderful views of Lakka harbour with yachts and boats of every size and luxury. All very fascinating. Bathroom is tastefully modern with a good working shower and sufficient hot water. Kitchen area is adequate for holiday purpose. We were able to cook omelettes and using the sandwich toaster made delicious lunchtime toasties. There’s a decent size fridge. The owner Nickos is passionate to make your stay enjoyable and easy. Nothing is too much trouble should you need help or advice. Harami beach is a lovely 5-10min walk away. Where there’s a really good taverna, serving coffee, beer, wines etc + a good variety of lovely food. And all reasonably priced. The bonus of using this taverna is you get the use of free comfortable sun beds. Excellent facility. Bathing in the clear blue sea is wonderful. Tip.....a good idea to take beach shoes to cope with the pebbles! Once you have descended the steep steps (an excellent work-out!) of the studio, your amongst the many selection of tavernas and bars etc. Lots of little streets to explore with individual shops. Well stocked small supermarkets and fruit stalls. Limani studio 1 was a wonderful find and hopefully we will return yet again.

“'A little piece of paradise'”

I was very stressed prior to arriving at Paxos and needed a peaceful, quiet haven. And that's exactly what I got. Paxos is unspoilt by commercialism, what a lovely surprise - no fast food outlets, only authentic Greek cuisine. The studio had the most amazing view of the bay, surely the best on the island. The studio was spacious, clean and well appointed for local amenities. A short stroll to a lovely pebble beach. Nikos and his mother could not have been more welcoming. Nikos arranged the taxi to pick me up from the ferry and was always happy to help and advise. A wonderful holiday and one I will always remember. Highly recommend.
