Rivercliff's Riverside Duplex and deck sits just 90FT from river's edge. Giving you great views of the famous White River from the porch and living room windows. Deer roam the property, the white river is a wonder to behold, canada geese float by, and home to the bald eagle. Fish off our private dock, rent our river boat or kayaks or use one of our local guides. Fly fish or wade from our Private Boat ramp which is right outside your door. First class accomodations include private bedroom with King Size bed, bathroom, living room, and wood burning stove. Living room has two 8 FT couches for additional sleeping arrangements. WIFI, CABLE smart TV, fully furnished kitchen including Refrigerator, dish washer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The other side of the duplex is also available making it great for couples retreat or family vacation. Rivercliff properties are private and secluded at home with nature and create a wonderful relaxing experience. Slow down, you're on mountain time. Nestled in the heart of the OZARKS, fish, sleep, and relax. Fishing is available here 24/7 12 months of the year. Our floating dock is located in the best honey hole of the white river. (See all the guide boats out in front of our dock) Trophy Browns are caught in these waters of the Upper White River, average temperature of water is 47 degrees. The record brown trout is 34 pounds in Arkansas. There are lots of rainbows to be caught, pan-size for some great eating. We recommend catch and release, especially the trophy browns.

Renting Kayaks and floating downstream is a wonderful way to see nature, bird watchers dream, fish, take photos, and enjoy all the river's views. You can plan a 1,2,4,or 6 hours float trip, no need to paddle, the flow of the river will carry you.

Pets are allowed. We have a 4ft chain link fence surrounding duplex. Pets are allowed in house but must be in a kennel if left unattended. There is a 25.00 additional charge for Pets payable directly to owner. Pets must be approved prior to arrival.
We have a septic system, don't put anything but toilet paper in commode. No food waste down sink.
Don't throw rocks off bank of river it is part of the riverbank soil stabilization plan.Arrival after 2:00 pm, Check out time 11 am.

Nice Cabin on White River

The cabins were as described and a perfect get away. The river is a short walk from the cabin. The owner is great to work with. I have stayed here a couple of times and will continue to in the future.… More
