Wonderful top floor apartment located in quiet and nice villa area with everything You need within walking distance. Private terrace with seaview and sun all day, or shadow if you prefer. By open up the panorama glas slide door gives You freash air and feeling of being on a big terrace all day, breakfast, lunch, dinner besides balcony. New kitchen. Walking distance to beach 200m, restaurant 50 m, buss stop(direct to Fuengirola 7km/Marbella 20km) 200m, pharmacy 200m, supermarket 500m, sevaral bars, restaurants, shops, bank etc in town of La Cala 700m, golf course 3 km, riding stables 5 km, aquapark & carting 7 km(Fuengirola).

Once again I regret that you did not think the apartment was to your satisfaction. At the same time, I am very confused, when we met outside the apartment, your husband was very clear that you did not have any complains on the cleaning etc, you had complains on our choice of materials and colors that you did not think was your standard and expectation. What my assistant told you, is that cleaning the shower cubicle is tricky due to the small doors, despite this, it is always clean and fresh when finished. Anything else is not true. Regrettable certain surface rust can be found on metal parts in wet areas. This is a private owned apartment and shall not be comperad with standard at hotel, it is a big different in price as well. Me and my assistent went back to check the shower cubicle we found that a wheel on a sliding door was broken so now we have ordered a new shower cubicle... /Tomas,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tomas (the owner) a message.

If Tomas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
