This stylish, luxury new build, 3 bedroom apartment is situated near the La Cala Golf Resort. The complex offers a communal pool area fitted with showers and a separate children's pool with stunning views of the valley to the mountains and golf course. The complex is set inland but a 15 minute drive will take you to the coast and all the facilities on offer in the charming coastal town of La Cala de Mijas. The resort has three championship golf courses and the La Cala Golf Hotel is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment offering a spa, gym and the golf clubhouse and restaurants.

This modern first floor apartment has an open-plan style living area arranged over one floor and offers a lounge/kitchen area furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, an L shaped sofa and a 64¨Smart TV with International channels. The living area leads out onto the covered terrace furnished with a dining table and chairs for 6 people, a lounge seating area and a gas BBQ. The terrace offers stunning views over the valley to the mountains, the golf course and the communal pool area. The modern kitchen is fully fitted and has a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom is fitted with a super king size bed, ample fitted wardrobe space with a safe and also benefits from an ensuite shower room. The two guest bedrooms are fitted with two single beds in each and fitted wardrobes. Both these bedrooms share a shower room.
