En riktig pärla mitt i La Cala en fin genuin gammal fiskeby med närhet till allt.

Stor lägenhet 90 kvm (Penthouse) för 6 personer. Lägenheten har en takterrass på 85 kvm med utedusch, utekök och jacuzzi.

Boendet Casa Granaas är fördelat på tre sovrum där två sovrum har dubbelsäng och ett sovrum har våningssäng, samtliga med gott om förvaringsutrymme och garderober.

Kök med vardagsrum i öppen planlösning. I vardagsrummet finns även en braskamin.

Central AC är installerad i samtliga rum. Tvättmaskinen hittar ni i ett smidigt utrymme på takterrassen där även väggfast torkvinda finns.

Boendet har ett välutrustat kök och gasolgrill på takterrassen de dagar ni inte väljer att gå ut och äta på de fantastiska restauranger byn har att erbjuda.

Boendet har snabbt WIFI (250Mbit) och TV med svenska kanaler. Det finns även en AppleTV som man kan streama genom.

Stranden är välskött & har EU:s blåflagg för bra badvatten. Fina "beach-clubs" finns inom gångavstånd.

La Cala erbjuder underbara restauranger, barer samt caféer. Strandpromenad i form av ett gångdäck sträcker sig till Cabopino via Miraflores & Riviera del sol med ett flertal restauranger utefter vägen.

Stort utbud av mataffärer inom gångavstånd samt lokal marknad onsdagar & lördagar.

Boendet ligger i ett fantastiskt läge för golfare, familjer och vänner.

Ni finner flera golfbanor inom 10 minuters bilresa och det finns över 30 andra banor som du kan nå inom 30 minuter (närmaste golfbanan ligger endast 800 m bort och går att promenera till). Även padelbanor finns det gott om i närheten.

Bra transportförbindelser till närliggande områden som Marbella och Fuengirola med buss eller taxi.

20 minuter med bil till Marbella, 7 min till Fuengirola och 22 minuter från flygplatsen i Malaga.

    How do damage deposits work?

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send KJELL-GUNNAR (the owner) a message.

    If KJELL-GUNNAR (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
