Private luxury villa in the villa district above the port of Puerto del Carmen, close to the sea, for up to 6 persons with electrically heated pool up to 28 degrees, lush garden protected against views, great view of the sea, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with upscale equipment and WLAN Fibre Optics internet connection. The house has air conditioning in the living room and in the three main bedrooms. This can be used for cooling as well as for heating. It is operated by coin-operated machines.

It is only a few meters to the sea and you can reach the Old Harbour with its numerous restaurants and bars in less than 10 minutes on foot via a newly constructed staircase.

From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the Atlantic Ocean to Fuerteventura.

High-quality cushions on the garden furniture, ample equipment with good towels for bathrooms and pool, a modern and completely furnished kitchen including very extensive equipment round off your stay in this beautiful house.

There are sun protection sails on the roofed terrace, which can also serve as protection in the wind. Also there is an electric awning to have more shade for the sun beds.

There is also a beautiful wooden terrace under the large palm tree by the pool. Surrounded by a lot of green, this shady spot is a real asset for your holiday, especially on warm days.

Furthermore, 2 large pool towels are available per person. Beach towels are also available.

The upper floor has a large roof terrace (60 m²) with a breathtaking panoramic view.

Here is also the second living room upstairs with a small, wind-protected terrace for 4 persons and a wonderful view of the sea and the harbour of Puerto del Carmen.

This room can also be used as 4th bedroom opening the high-quality sofa bed.

The bed has a very good mattress, size 140 x 195 cm for 1-2 persons.

This room also has a flat screen with separate satellite connection as well as a desk and a small, wind-protected terrace with 2 comfortable patio chairs.

There is also a Bluetooth speaker system (Bose mini) and a third and fourth TV in both of the downstairs bedrooms.

The newly built golf course of Puerto del Carmen is only about 5 minutes drive away. The old-established square in Costa Teguise can be reached in about 20 minutes.

The pool can be heated electrically up to 28 degrees for an extra charge of 20€/day.

Please order when booking, then the pool already has the right temperature when you arrive.

The house is a non-smoking house. Of course you can smoke outside.

This villa is your ideal holiday domicile, if you appreciate the amenities of short footpaths and taxi paths but do not really want to live in the direct hustle and bustle of a holiday resort.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
