Quality installations and personal attention by owners guarantee a memorable holiday..My apartment offer a comfortable self-catering vacation home for 2-4 people.

Olympia apartment is in a quiet area 20 min. by car from Ancient Olympia.Tranquil location and panoramic views.

My apartment is located on the edge of the village of Krestena,only 15 minutes by car from Kaifas a 20km long Fantastic beach.The area is an ideal base for all kinds of outdoor activities, yet only a stone`s throw away from the Ionian Sea. Krestena is a picturesque friendly village with sufficient infrastructure to meet resident and visitors needs.

We live here to avoint from busy citys and to reconnect with nature. For this reason there is no TV in the house but you will have fast internet, a well equipped kitchen and hot water and 2 double bedrooms. We are offering our home to you but we are not running a resort so if you need the services that a hotel provides unfortunately this is something we cannot offer. You will need to take your own initiative to get your own food supplies and drinking water. You will also need to rely on your sense of direction to navigate around and yes you will need a motorbike or a car which we will help organize for you.

But please don’t panic! We will arrange your pick up and your transport. You will be shown around the house and explained where things are and how things works. You will be provided with detailed maps of Krestena and surrounding trips that you can take.

Dear Guests.I am very happy that you are using my property and hope you will be satisfied with everything. For the harmonious use of the space, please note the following guidelines concerning the use of the space:

NEIGHBOURSHIP: Please respect the other residents of our building. In Greece usually the quiet hours are between 3-5 pm and after 23:00 pm in the evening. This is respected in most residential areas. Local laws prohibit loud music 15:00 pm till 17:30 pm and 23:00 pm till 07:00. Please be respectful towards other tenants by being quiet when leaving and entering the building.

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT: I try and adjust my time to suit your needs..So just let me know when you would like to arrive and depart and I’ll do my best to satisfy your requests.

SMOKING: This is a smoking house but never forget that smoking is dangerous!!! If you are a smoker, please smoke by the window so that the smoke doesn't accumulate in the house and annoy future guests.

NO GUNS - NO DRUGS..

PETS ARE NOT ACCEPTED..:(

DEPARTURE: Please leave your keys at the entrance, before your departure. Make certain to take all your personal belongings.

IN GENERAL: you have to know that flexibility is a big standard for me! So even for things that I say that not allowed, I am able to discuss them with you!

Moreover, for more details and advices about the apartment and the Ancient Olympia Area I will be 24 hours upon the phone in order to help you!:D

In addition, follow common sense!!

Please, leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it.

Before check-out make sure everything is clean, including kitchenware, no garbage, etc. (that doesn't include towels and sheets)

Be responsible with the use of air-conditioning and electricity by turning the A/C units and lights off when they're not needed or when leaving the apartment. Leaving them on it is wasteful and harmful to the environment.

-NEVER heat up the Brick coffee maker without any water in it.

-NEVER have the boiler switch lifted (switched on) while you're having a shower. (There is always danger of electric shock despite the presence of a dedicated fuse and we wouldn't want that!)

-NEVER throw paper in the toilet. This is the standard for Greek sewer systems. There is a dedicated bin which you can use. Please use bins provided.

Please leave the common areas clean and tidy. Please keep it clean as you'll receive it and enjoy the best of it.!

Friendly people, pleasant flat.

Our hosts were very friendly. The flat is large, clean, very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped - everything you can need is there. The surroundings has very pleasant country atmosphere.
