“Incredible outdoor lounge and dining area, infinity pool and 180 degree coastal view!” Wow! Our mouths quite literally dropped open when we were shown the outdoor area of this villa. It was the stuff that dreams are made of and matched the promotional photographs shown on the website and more! With an infinity pool, the choice of 3 outdoor dining areas including an outdoor barbecue area and loads of seating choices, we really felt that we had hit the jackpot. Yes this place blew our budget but it really was with it. The only drawback in our opinion was the fact that one of the bedrooms was actually a self-contained apartment on a lower adjacent terrace, attached but with no connection to the main villa. Whilst this might be a great advantage to those taking in-laws or teenagers it did not suit our party. With young children, we were not prepared to have them out of earshot or able to access the pool (no cover) without our knowledge so we resorted to having two of them sleeping in the living room.
We really enjoyed this place and if you fancy a spot of sailing/kayaking/mountain biking in the area then we would thoroughly recommend Poseidon Sports in Porto Heli for all the family! They are run by an English couple and had our children in stitches most of the time. We drove here but if we were to return we might consider getting the ferry from Piraeus Port which is an hours bus ride from Athens airport.
“Excellent beach front apartment with amazing view from veranda” The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It is an ideal apartment for a family like us with two children. It is exactly like as advertised. Only few step from a private beach where we enjoy our swimming. There are not words to describe the view from balcony, it is amazing and you feel like you are on a ship. The apartment is full equipment and you have all you need for cooking. There is foot path which drive direct in Kiveri village in few meters (it is more safe than you go from main street). Apartment located very close with many history places like Nafplio, Argos, Myceane, Tyrinths or Epidaurus. It is located in an excellent place if you want to explore the East Peloponnese. Kiveri is an idyllic fish village very peacefull. We found everything that we need. There is a Super Market only 500m from the apartment which is open until the 1.00a.m in the evening. Also there is a bakery at the beginning of village (800m from apartment) where you can find delicious cookies and traditional bread. There is greengrocer, butcher, and pharmacy. In the village you will find fish tavern with fresh fish and Greek tavern with traditional food. Christos told us to visit another village Mili only 3km from apartment to taste the traditional Souvlaki (it was delicious). We spent 10 unforgettable days in September. We will come back. Thank you for all.
“Great location and outstanding hosts” The apartment was modern, cool, clean and very well equipped and presented. Bear in mind it is at the top of the old town hill (15 minutes lovely winding walk up hill) - but the result is wonderful views from the balcony. But the best bit is the relaxed, friendly, helpful welcome from Nicos and Yota. They collected us from the ferry, helped orient us and then gave us brilliant suggestions for things to do in our precious few days (and helped organise if needed): eating places, outings to a pre-historic cave, a wonderful beach, and tips for seeing Epidavros (a must see).
We hired a small car from Pops Cars in town - good car, friendly service, and we'd strongly recommend a car to get around to see the country side, coast and sights (like Napflio). But allow time to find the rather obscure Pops drop-off centre near Athens Airport if you do a one-way hire like we did.
All in all a brilliant place. We loved Ermioni and will be back and for sure staying at one of Nicos and Yota's apartments.
